I have a particular soft spot for this name, [name]Aletta[/name] has always been one of my favorites, and the nn [name]Etta[/name] is really cute

[name]Eletta[/name] is a legitimate Italian name, actually. It was the name of Petrarch’s mother. (Petrarch was a 14th-century Italian scholar and poet.)
I don’t really care for [name]Eletta[/name], but it sounds nice. I prefer [name]Elettra[/name] (the Italian form of [name]Electra[/name]), which is a similar name, but with a different meaning.
