The only reason I could see someone using [name_f]Elliana[/name_f] is because their top priority is the nickname [name_f]Ellie[/name_f] over the actual name. You can still get [name_f]Ellie[/name_f] from [name_f]Eliana[/name_f], though, it’s just less straight forward.
