i adore both [name]Isabella[/name] nn [name]Bella[/name] and [name]Elizabeth[/name] nn [name]Lizzie[/name] or [name]Eliza[/name] and i would love to use it for my future DD.the problem is that [name]Isabella[/name] is the spanish varation of [name]Elizabeth[/name] .do you think it would be weird to have two daughters with these names ?

Yes. It would be too similar. You could take elements of the name instead like [name]Elizabeth[/name] and [name]Arabella[/name]. It would be most unfair not to differentiate and give each their proper individuality.
