[name_f]Love[/name_f] both, not sure which I like better. Any thoughts? [name_f]Do[/name_f] they give off a different vibe?
They have the same vibe to me (sleek, hyperfeminine modern American) but I like the sound of [name_f]Elle[/name_f] more!
I much prefer [name_f]Ella[/name_f], her sound is just more appealing to me! I think [name_f]Elle[/name_f] gives off a chic, Parisian vibe, while [name_f]Ella[/name_f] feels a little more ballerina / friendly girl next door.
I like both a lot! [name_f]Ella[/name_f] is sweet, friendly, and fun, feminine yet not frilly, and modern yet traditional. [name_f]Elle[/name_f] is sleek, stylish, and elegant, slightly [name_f]French[/name_f] feeling, and short and sweet yet feminine and princessy too.
Overall, my vote goes to [name_f]Ella[/name_f] because it feels a little more friendly and approachable to me, while [name_f]Elle[/name_f] is a little more chic and fancy. I also like that with [name_f]Ella[/name_f], you can call her [name_f]El[/name_f] sometimes and get the best of both worlds.
I like [name_f]Ella[/name_f] more. [name_f]Elle[/name_f] is lovely, but somehow doesn’t feel complete as a name, great as a nn though! [name_f]Ella[/name_f] is sweet, fancy, fairy maiden. [name_f]Elle[/name_f] is chic and grown up. It may be that she uses [name_f]Elle[/name_f] as she gets older anyway.
Both are lovely!
However my favourite is [name_f]Ella[/name_f]
They are both feminine, simplistic choices that feel universal and elegant. [name_f]Elle[/name_f] feels sleeker, more polished and has this chic Parisian vibe. Whereas [name_f]Ella[/name_f] feels more fairylike, slightly more whimsy and I think friendlier. [name_f]My[/name_f] daughter second middle name is [name_f]Ella[/name_f] so of course slightly bias.
They have a slightly different vibe to me.
Elle → sleek, simple and sophisticated, a little sharper but friendly too
Ella → simple, bright and bubbly, more energetic
I prefer [name_f]Elle[/name_f] (as a nickname to Eleanor/Elizabeth)- it feels so sophisticated and elegant!
Prefer [name_f]Ella[/name_f] as a stand-alone (or even hyphenated, eg Ella-Rose) and [name_f]Elle[/name_f] as a nickname (only). I agree with those above that they have different vibes.
I prefer [name_f]Ella[/name_f]
[name_f]Ella[/name_f] has vintage appeal. I think it sounds more ageless (fits all ages). [name_f]Elle[/name_f] is fun and chic, but more tied to one kind of image (Legally Blonde, models, magazine) and, therefore, the last couple of generations.
[name_f]Ella[/name_f]! They do have different feels for me, [name_f]Ella[/name_f] is sweet and artistic, [name_f]Elle[/name_f] is more cosmopolitan and sleek. For me, at least! But I’m a big [name_f]Ella[/name_f] fan, I don’t know that I could ever meet too many Ellas!
Both are gorgeous.
[name_f]Ella[/name_f] - barefoot in a sunlit meadow; weaving wildflowers into her hair; flour-dusted hands; swinging from an old oak tree.
[name_f]Elle[/name_f] - sipping an espresso at a Parisian café terrace; a silk scarf, lightly perfumed with rosewater; heels clicking against cobblestone.
[name_f]Elle[/name_f] is cute but I like more frilly feel of [name_f]Ella[/name_f]
