How would you pronounce it, Ellie-in or Ellie-an? Because if it is the latter, it sounds like a girl’s name to me. Also, maybe you could also spell it [name_f]Ellianne[/name_f] to be more feminine. If you are pronouncing it Ellie-in, then it does sound less feminine, but not to the point where I would be surprised to see it on a girl. But, I have never met an Ellian of any gender.
