I like the name [name_f]Elly[/name_f] [name_u]Grey[/name_u] ([name_u]Grey[/name_u] being the MN) however does it look strange that both names are equally as long and end in ‘y’. I’ve thought of [name_f]Ellie[/name_f] but the ‘ie’ ending looks overly feminine and girly but is longer than [name_f]Elly[/name_f], or should I just cut it down and go with [name_f]Elle[/name_f] instead?
[name_f]Elly[/name_f] [name_u]Grey[/name_u]
[name_f]Ellie[/name_f] [name_u]Grey[/name_u]
[name_f]Elle[/name_f] [name_u]Grey[/name_u]
What looks or sounds better?
I like
[name_f]Ellie[/name_f] [name_u]Grey[/name_u]
[name_f]Elle[/name_f] [name_u]Grey[/name_u]
Have you considered
[name_f]Eleanor[/name_f] [name_u]Grey[/name_u]
[name_f]Elspeth[/name_f] [name_u]Grey[/name_u]
[name_f]Ellen[/name_f] [name_u]Grey[/name_u]
[name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] [name_u]Grey[/name_u]
I personally prefer [name_f]Ellie[/name_f] as I’m not a fan of dropping letters usually. (such as g, y etc) I also like [name_f]Ellie[/name_f] [name_u]Grey[/name_u] better because of the exact reason you said about the y being in the exact same spot with [name_f]Elly[/name_f] [name_u]Grey[/name_u].
[name_f]Elle[/name_f] or [name_f]Ellie[/name_f], I honestly dislike [name_f]Elly[/name_f]. It just seems off somehow.
I prefer [name_f]Ellie[/name_f]. [name_f]Elly[/name_f] looks off to me.
