Please talk to me about the name [name_f]Estelle[/name_f]. What associations do you have with this name? Does it sound beautiful to you?

I think its really pretty. It makes me think of elegance, grace, and innocence. It kind of has the same ring to it as “[name_f]Celeste[/name_f].”

I’m not sure what you mean. My brain pronounces it Ehh-stell. Or do you mean Eee-stell? Either would be pretty.

I think [name_f]Estelle[/name_f] is a beautiful and elegant name. In my accent it’s pronounced uh-STEL.

I think when i pronounce it, i emphasize the 2nd syllable

I prefer [name_f]Estella[/name_f], but [name_f]Estelle[/name_f] is a beautiful, classy choice. I say eh-STELL

I love the name [name_f]Estelle[/name_f]. It’s lovely. As a native english speaker I agree with pps that the emphasis would be on the second syllable, eh-STELL/uh-STELL

I think [name_f]Estelle[/name_f] has a really beautiful sound. I say eh-STEL, with the emphasis on the second syllable. I will say that I do think of an old lady when I hear the name but that image would change if I met a little girl named [name_f]Estelle[/name_f].

[name_f]Estelle[/name_f] is such an elegant name! It’s a striking first name, and it could make almost any first name into a beautiful combo when it’s used as a middle.

[name_f]Stella[/name_f] is also a great automatic nickname, if you’re into that.

I love [name_f]Estelle[/name_f]. The sound and the meaning of it. I don’t know personally anyone named this so I tend to associate it with the swedish princess.
