Thoughts on Estia? I don’t think I can use it probably as there’s a restaurant by that name in our town (20 minutes away) and also an aged care facility (50 minutes away). I feel kind of sad about it as I feel like it has such a beautiful sound and would be darling with the nickname Esti.
i’ve never seen Estia before but i do think it’s beautiful both audibly and visually
Estia is pretty [name_f][/name_f]- starry and sweet. Slightly mystical but with the grounded feel of [name_f]Esther[/name_f]?
I think it’s pretty! Mystical and starry feeling.
[name_f][/name_f]If you can’t use Estia, maybe [name_f]Estella[/name_f], [name_f]Estelle[/name_f], or [name_f]Estrella[/name_f]? [name_m]Or[/name_m] would [name_f]Hestia[/name_f] be distinct enough?
[name_f]Estia[/name_f] is so pretty! If you can’t use it, maybe [name_f]Estera[/name_f], [name_f]Estrid[/name_f], or [name_f]Esther[/name_f] as alternatives?
I really love it !! It has a pretty sound, it’s unique while sounding familiar, and I think both [name_f]Essie[/name_f] and [name_f]Tia[/name_f] are great nicknames.
It’s absolutely beautiful. Shame about the local connections [name_f][/name_f]- are you going to live there forever?
It’s pretty but it sounds kind of made up. The nickname is very cute though
I wish I could but my cousin named her daughter [name_f]Stella[/name_f]. Which ruined my plans
Haha unfortunately
it’s the short form or derivative of [name_f]Hestia[/name_f]
I like it theory for similar reasons to you.
[name_f][/name_f]In reality, though, I also associated it with the aged care facilities (I think they’re a chain), and it sounds a little too close to STI.
[name_m]Ah[/name_m] there you go!
[name_f][/name_f]I wouldn’t have thought of that at all. I think maybe because most people here seem to call them STDs as an umbrella term.
I’ve never come across [name_f]Estia[/name_f] myself, it does look beautiful though! [name_f][/name_f] I agree [name_f]Esti[/name_f] is super sweet. [name_f][/name_f] For me it feels like it’s missing a letter, I feel like it should be Estira or Estina or something along those lines, but it does have a pretty sound!
[name_f][/name_f]It does remind me a bit of Esfira and [name_f]Esteri[/name_f], which are rarer forms of [name_f]Esther[/name_f], maybe they could be alternatives to [name_f]Estia[/name_f] if you feel it is unusable near you?
[name_f][/name_f]Good luck!
