I know I’ve spoken at length about [name_f]Evangeline[/name_f] and the search for the perfect middle name—thank you all again for the thoughtful and beautiful suggestions along the way. Recently, however, I’ve been deeply drawn to [name_f]Evangeline[/name_f] [name_f]Hakima[/name_f]. Both names carry significant meaning for me: [name_f]Evangeline[/name_f] honours my sister [name_f]Angela[/name_f], and [name_f]Hakima[/name_f] is a tribute to my beloved great-grandmother. I’m finding the combination both elegant and rich in sentiment, but I’d love to hear your thoughts—do you feel [name_f]Evangeline[/name_f] [name_f]Hakima[/name_f] flows well together?
I think the combination is absolutely lovely. [name_f]Evangeline[/name_f] is elegant and lyrical, and [name_f]Hakima[/name_f] adds a grounded strength and uniqueness that really balances the name. I also love how both names honor such meaningful women in your life.
[name_f]Evangeline[/name_f] [name_f]Hakima[/name_f] is a beautiful combination!
[name_f]Evangeline[/name_f] [name_f]Hakima[/name_f] is bright, elegant and meaningful [name_f][/name_f]- good news and wisdom
[name_f]Evangeline[/name_f] [name_f]Hakima[/name_f] is gorgeous & lyrical, and I absolutely adore the family connections she provides.
It’s beautiful. Really.
[name_f][/name_f][name_f]Evangeline[/name_f] and [name_f]Hakima[/name_f] are both great on their own, the combo flows well, the names have great meanings (both the literal meanings and for you personally)… it’s kind of perfect. I really like it.
I think it’s very pretty! It flows very well.
[name_f][/name_f]I do consider [name_f]Evangeline[/name_f] to be a very [name_m]Christian[/name_m] name (due to the evangelize connection) and [name_f]Hakima[/name_f] to be very a Muslim name (because it comes from Al-Hakim one of the 99 names of Allah), but if both names are meaningful to you I think that disconnect is okay. I would probably expect someone named [name_f]Evangeline[/name_f] [name_f]Hakima[/name_f] to have family connections to both faiths, though, otherwise I might find it a little odd and mismatched.
[name_f]Evangeline[/name_f] [name_f]Hakima[/name_f] is beautiful! [name_f][/name_f] It’s a wonderful and touching choice. [name_f][/name_f] She’s a winner! [name_f][/name_f]
I think it’s such a perfect combo- it’s unique but also still meaningful and familiar to your family.
