ev-ray-el.
(Rolled ⟨r⟩)
Evraelle, Ev’Rael, Ev’rielle
nn - [name_u]Ever[/name_u], [name_u]Rae[/name_u]

Eye-day-ah
Idea, Idaea, [name_f]Idaya[/name_f], Idéia

[name_f]Ambria[/name_f], [name_f]Ambra[/name_f]

[name_f]Astoria[/name_f], Estoire ([name_m]French[/name_m]),
nn [name_u]Story[/name_u], [name_f]Tory[/name_f] (ew)

[name_m]German[/name_m] last name, will grow up [name_m]French[/name_m] and English.

Thoughts?

[name_f]Love[/name_f] em!! Go for it

Evraelle is the prettiest spelling. I don’t like apostrophes in names. They’re not necessary or pleasing on the eye.

To get the “eye-day-ah” pronunciation you want and avoid confusion with the English word “idea”, I would pick the [name_f]Idaya[/name_f] spelling.

I think I like [name_f]Ambria[/name_f] better than [name_f]Ambra[/name_f]. You can use the nn [name_f]Bria[/name_f] which is pretty.

[name_f]Astoria[/name_f] nn [name_u]Story[/name_u] would be my choice.

Strange boys names:

[name_m]Adriel[/name_m]
Alerion
Capriel
Celian ([name_m]Say[/name_m]-lian)
[name_m]Eben[/name_m]
[name_m]Elvyn[/name_m]
[name_m]Eryx[/name_m] (kind of bad ass)
[name_u]Frost[/name_u]
*[name_m]Gabriel[/name_m] - Jibr”ʾīl (jibraeyel)
Lórien - [name_f]Lore[/name_f]
Reyn - [name_u]Reign[/name_u]
[name_u]Umber[/name_u]

I prefer names that are spelled phonetically.
My picks are [name_f]Astoria[/name_f] and [name_f]Ambria[/name_f], because they are the simplest.

I think Evraelle is pretty but would be a fairly difficult name for the average [name_m]Joe[/name_m] to spell and or pronounce (and I’m from [name_f]Canada[/name_f] where we are used to a lot of [name_m]French[/name_m] influence, so in the states it might be even more difficult for people).
And the pronunciation for Idaea doesn’t appeal to me so much.
