I think Lively is interesting. Part of me really likes it and part of me doesn’t think it works well as a first name. But, I really dislike [name_f]Honey[/name_f] [name_f]Dawn[/name_f].
I don’t think I can get on board with [name_f]Honey[/name_f] [name_f]Dawn[/name_f], but Lively is…interesting. Not sure it’s my style but it does remind me of actress [name_u]Blake[/name_u] Lively. And if celeb last names are going to be a super trend (Aniston, [name_u]Presley[/name_u], [name_u]Monroe[/name_u], [name_u]Tatum[/name_u], etc.) I see Lively fitting right in!
The newspaper story had a photo, and the family appears to be of [name_f]Asian[/name_f] or [name_m]Pacific[/name_m] Island ethnicity.
[name_m]Both[/name_m] girls were stunningly beautiful. [name_f]Honey[/name_f] [name_f]Dawn[/name_f] had adorable glasses and silky, long black hair. Lively had an enormous smile and looked very lively, indeed.
I find Lively to be adorable really, and actually would make a great pet name for a particularly spunky child regardless of her given name.
[name_f]Honey[/name_f] [name_f]Dawn[/name_f] is one of those too cutesy names – it’s mostly in the combo, but I also can’t imagine hearing my name all the time as [name_f]Honey[/name_f] is a very popular term of endearment.
I have met sibsets of [name_u]Sunny[/name_u] & [name_u]Sky[/name_u], [name_f]Windy[/name_f] & [name_f]Stormy[/name_f]. Oh my.
I agree with previous posters - I can get on board with Lively, although it’s definitely not something I would consider for my own child. [name_f]Honey[/name_f] [name_f]Dawn[/name_f] is way too over done… but hey! Good for them!
Well, if these are the names of actual children, what happens when they Google themselves and find this thread? You could have written H0ney [name_f]Dawn[/name_f] and L1vely or something, making them a bit more anonymous… Not to be offensive or anything, just my opinion:)
I think Lively could work - it’s definitely unusual, but it looks similar to [name_f]Olivia[/name_f] and [name_u]Avery[/name_u], so it wouldn’t stick out in a horrible way. [name_f]Honey[/name_f] [name_f]Dawn[/name_f] I’m not so keen on. I don’t mind -ee sound endings, and I quite like short, two-syllable fns, but I just don’t like [name_f]Honey[/name_f] that much, and together with [name_f]Dawn[/name_f] it makes me imagine a rose-tinted jar of honey with the sun shining through it, which is a bit weird.
