Hello! I’ve got to make this a bit quick, since I’ve got to finish packing! I’ve been helping the kiddos pack their things, but haven’t actually finished myself. Our soon-to-be daughter is moving in tomorrow, but we plan to leave in the afternoon to visit family. Mainly so that they can meet her! It’s just a one night trip since it was kind of last minute and we want girly to get as much time to settle at home as she needs. We’ve been working on her room all week and I’m pretty sure it’s done! The twins are continuously adding their own gift of art pieces to her walls, but I’ve convinced them we can put their art in a nice envelope and let her decide what to do with them.

it’s just casual over here, just enjoying the newborn days! however yesterday was indie’s fourth birthday!!

our little lady is four and we are so so so exited! she’s such a darling and it’s hard to believe that this little lady has been the light of my world for four whole years now!!

she’s the light up the world girly and we can’t help but simply adore her!

i adore this little girl, and everyone is so exited to have a little four year old around the house!
indie had an awesome celebration with friends and family, she loved all the attention from her cousins and loves making forts between all of them. she’s our girl and she’s so so loved!!

our sweet bloomy girl is thriving, she’s gaining enough weight and is all over super healthy! she’s super sweet and gorgeous, she doesn’t quite cry yet. she just makes noises like a zebra!

I’m [name_f]Lia[/name_f] and my DH is [name_m]Landon[/name_m].

We have newborn twin girls.

Lacee-Mae is the oldest!

She has beautiful brown coily hair, my blue eyes and my DH’s skin.

The youngest is [name_f]Lana[/name_f] [name_f]Maggie[/name_f].
She has the same hair as Lacee-Mae and has medium brown eyes and tanned skin.

I have medium blonde wavy hair and my hubby has soft black 2c/3a hair, so we expected brown, but the coils were a surprise!!!

The blue eyes surprised us as well because we have no knowledge of anyone blue-eyed in my hubby’s family!

Lacee-Mae is the loud baby and [name_f]Lana[/name_f] is the quiet one! [name_f]Lana[/name_f] seems to change her mind very quickly where Lacee-Mae knows what she wants lol (think that’s rare for a bubs!)

It’s been raining a lot here so we’ve been doing a bunch of craft projects!! We got some super cute craft kits and supplies. [name_m]Teddy[/name_m] and [name_m]Gus[/name_m] love clay and play dough, Sadie’s really into her [name_f]Disney[/name_f] princess coloring book, and Bash has been experimenting with “finger paint” (yogurt that I added food coloring to.) It’s been killing a lot of time for us! We’ve also had some birthdays to switch things up a bit!

[name_m]Teddy[/name_m] turned nine!

We are so lucky that we had his party a week before his birthday because there was no downpour (his actual birthday was pretty gray and rainy.) He had a shark party at the beach with a few friends and they really enjoyed boogie boarding all day! [name_m]Teddy[/name_m] would’ve loved to surf too, but his friends don’t know how, so we stuck to water play and a fun sand castle competition.

Bash turned ONE!

[name_f]My[/name_f] littlest guy is a year old!!! We found out he LOVES cake - he takes after his mom he started walking at 11 months and is motoring everywhere now, he’s a pretty active little guy. I’m sure he’ll start running soon. He also says “mama” which melts my heart!!

Hello! Our newest girly is officially moved in! We all adore her and the twins absolutely love having another playmate. DH found out just a few days ago that he’s going to have to leave for a work trip tomorrow. It’s only about 4 days, but one expecting mother vs. two seven year olds, a four year old, and a two year old doesn’t exactly mean easy days around here! We’ll do our best. The kiddos tend bounce off the walls if we can’t get out of the house, so we plan to get out and about quite a bit. And maybe this will be the time for them to learn how to be a bit less crazy in public, though I doubt it.

Where we live most people are getting close to finishing up the school year and our homeschooling for now is almost finished! We’re hoping to plan a trip to Disney World sometime over the Summer. We want to do it after Ms. M is born and after we adopt our girly. Hopefully we can get it all set up! The kiddos don’t know yet, so I’m sure they’ll be surprised!

we have had a lot going on recently!

my older brother, luke and his wife bianca had a twins on friday! they had a two girls named

aurelia june and catalina jade

they already have a five year old boy named nikolai george and nik is so excited by his sisters! they had had multiple miscarriages before the twins so the whole family is over the moon that they are here healthy, happy and safe.

tully went to her friend mae’s fourth birthday party the other day! she hasn’t been to too many but she loves getting dressed up (not that she gets ready any differently ) and giving presents!

she has also been practising her dance a lot more! she started ballet when she was two and gets better every week! she is actually pretty good at it - one of the best in her class! she had her lesson this morning and she loved it. tully is the most social little girl, all of the big girls at dance know her name and cheer her on she just loves the attention!

knoxy is eight months old! i am only a month and a half behind his age with my pregnancy so i am almost seven months which is just crazy. knox is crawling everywhere at the moment, so i don’t think it will be long until we have a little runner! tully didn’t start crawling until closer to nine and a half months so we were pretty suprised! he is the smiliest, happiest little bub though. i was worried about the whole one under one deal but seeing how easy knox is has lifted a weight off my shoulders. this guy has also shocked us with his hair! tully has always had mousy brown hair, even darker and so much of it. she never lost it as a baby. knox was born with almost none and when it started to grown it fell out very quickly! anyway, he now has the blondest hair! i think it will go darker as he gets older but for the moment it is white blonde!

also, does anyone have any nn suggestions for knox?! we call him knox, knoxy, knox knox, bubs, baba, boo boo and tulls calls him chocky! i guess they will come as he gets older but tully has always just had so many like tulls, tulla, titi, tata, lulu, pippy, t, tutu, belle, chicky, lou, tizzy, tabby, tabelle and I don’t even know where half of them came from!

It’s been MONTHS! It’s me, [name_f]Zannie[/name_f]! Here’s some updates on the famfam! @jinxed_peach How is gran life?! I’ve been a grandma for over half my life when my firstborn [name_m]Damien[/name_m] came into the picture! And I’ve recently turned 60! Yes, SIXTY! I feel like the [name_m]Golden[/name_m] [name_f]Girl[/name_f] of this blog but my husband is always reassuring wisdom!

(Yes we did rehash the pink balloons from [name_f]Michele[/name_f] & Paul’s gender reveal party and added a “60” balloon…shhh!!! [name_f]My[/name_f] son [name_m]Damien[/name_m] said they were usable!)

[name_f]Michele[/name_f] and [name_m]Paul[/name_m] currently have a 4-month-old daughter named [name_f]Christine[/name_f] [name_f]Leia[/name_f]. She’s such a cute and sweet girl! She is a gem to our family and while she was born with Down Syndrome, this has been an important reminder to love family as family. I take no ableism against [name_f]Christine[/name_f] and neither do her parents and other relatives.

[name_f]My[/name_f] oldest grand girl [name_f]Zella[/name_f] just lost her very first tooth! She’s really excited and she can’t wait to see what the tooth fairy will bring! I love how my son [name_m]Oscar[/name_m] and his husband [name_m]Nyle[/name_m] have been raising their kids! [name_f]Zella[/name_f] and [name_m]Taye[/name_m] are practically best buddies as siblings!

As for my youngest daughter [name_f]Tamara[/name_f], she’s broken up with her ex boyfriend a few days ago, she’s told us he’s a bum and there’s no way they could ever have a future together. She’s been focusing on herself and even making things fun. Though she insists on telling her own story herself and I wouldn’t be surprised if she joined this blog herself to tell it from her perspective.

@oakbelle Tully’s a dancer? So sweet, reminds me of Michele’s dancing career! It’s just so sweet! While my kids never had nicknames, I had one as [name_f]Suzanne[/name_f] “ [name_f]Zannie[/name_f] “. Maybe my little grandgirl [name_f]Christine[/name_f] would be the first. – so much nickname potential.

We’re thrilled to greet our new addition sometime this month! I’m exactly two weeks out from my due date, which is absolutely insane to me. It’s been just over two years since I went through this with [name_f]Bea[/name_f], but somehow it all still feels so new to me. I’m not a patient person by nature, so this is excruciating for me haha. [name_m]Even[/name_m] my daughter and nephews have my patience than me.

We just celebrated my mother’s birthday at the end of [name_f]April[/name_f]! She’s not really a party person, so we had a small gathering with some cake. It was a little too sweet for me, but [name_f]Bea[/name_f] love it ! Earlier in the day, we went out to the local park and flew kites. This was the first time my parents visited our new home, so I was eager to show them all our favorite places!

just a long awaited update!

everyone is well (luckily!) we’ve been having a lot of time outside and together as a family!
one of the activities we went on was we went to the aquarium! little elly managed to tag along as well and we all had a marvellous time, the girls especially had a blast!!

elly and milo also have the sweetest bond, it has been cold this last well and mia ( @jinxed_peach ) and i decided to get out of the house with the kids. indie doesn’t like dinosaurs and didn’t want to buy one, however both ells and milo got these dino coats and it just melt my heart!

our little baby bloom is the sweetest bug, and as far as babies go genuinely such a good baby. like she’s obviously a baby however she’s a week and a half old and hasn’t been crying much at all - only when she really needs a feed!

someone asked me the other day, “does she have any nicknames?” i was like far too many! we call her bloo, mimi, bloomy, bloomy bud, bloom girl and loomi lou (this is milo’s nickname for her!)

Time is passing WAY too quickly and I am not okay with it. Our littlest is 18 MONTHS old today!

Bash at the park!

Bash is a super active, happy little guy. He’s always on the go (although he did sit very nicely for a picture!) and he loves playing with his big siblings. He’s our larger-than-life little guy and makes us all laugh (and worry… because he’s a bit of a daredevil.) I can’t wait until he’s old enough to put in sports, I think he’ll excel!

[name_m]Teddy[/name_m] is old enough now that we’re starting to let him play video games… still only two hours a week, but he is really enjoying playing [name_m]Mario[/name_m] Kart with his dad and it warms my heart to see them play together. We obviously can’t really let him do it and not the others, so [name_m]Gus[/name_m] and [name_f]Sadie[/name_f] get to play too sometimes. (Sorry, [name_m]Teddy[/name_m], the downside to being the oldest is that you have to wait the longest to do things!)

We try to keep the kids interested in non-digital games too and have a family game night every [name_m]Saturday[/name_m]! Chutes and Ladders and Candyland are VERY popular in our house, but Teddy’s old enough that he’s starting to enjoy Apples To Apples. We just bought Twister, so it’ll be interesting to see how they feel about it! A classic from my childhood.

Last but not least... some exciting news!

I’m almost four months pregnant!

We have always wanted a big family and are so happy to announce our fifth and final little one is coming soon! Since a month is a year for me, baby will be here by the end of [name_f]May[/name_f]! We are team green, just like we were for the other four. [name_m]Teddy[/name_m] thinks it’ll be a boy, while [name_m]Gus[/name_m] and [name_f]Sadie[/name_f] think it’ll be a girl. I honestly have no idea and would be equally happy with either… so only time will tell!

I am NOT enjoying being pregnant - the morning (if you can even call it that, because it’s worst for me at around midnight!) sickness has been terrible and I am so exhausted! Thankfully this is my last time being pregnant, and I’m going to try to get my tubes tied after baby is born. I AM going to miss having a tiny scrunchy baby and am ready to soak up the last few months with a newborn whenever he or she comes!

[name_m]Damien[/name_m] is planning to work at the summer camp this summer so he’s excited to bring the balloons on opening day – though he’ll use all the colours! [name_f]My[/name_f] adult children [name_m]Damien[/name_m], [name_f]Michele[/name_f], [name_m]Oscar[/name_m], and [name_f]Tamara[/name_f] still play it at get-together and it feels just like their childhood! [name_f]Do[/name_f] you do Family Game Nights? Seems you have a lot of fun games! Congrats on your pregnancy as well, it’s hard to decide when to have a last child but it’s not a goodbye, it’s a hello to raising your complete set!

Congrats on your baby-to-be as well, it’s always exciting to grow a family! Tamara’s been bittersweet and hasn’t said why yet, but she’s been very happy these past few days and she seems to like being single aha!

Zella’s gotten a coin from the Tooth [name_f]Fairy[/name_f] after losing her tooth. She’s called it her lucky coin. She doesn’t even spend it, just carries it around haha! I’m not sure which kids are doing kindergarten graduation at their school but hers is and she’s so excited! [name_f]Zella[/name_f] and her brother [name_m]Taye[/name_m] want an aquarium for their room but they’re too young at the moment…maybe they can tag along with [name_f]Elly[/name_f] and [name_m]Milo[/name_m]? @melia22 @jinxed_peach Also BLOOM IS SO ADORABLE! [name_f]Michele[/name_f] has been considering getting [name_f]Christine[/name_f] a cute little knit outfit like Bloom’s!

i hope everyone had a lovely mothers day the other day! we had a pretty chill day as i am now eight and a half months! it is absolutely crazy that bub could be coming any day now! i was brought brekkie in bed which was such a treat! tully gave me the cutest card too, it just warms my heart so much.

we just chilled at home and then we went on a family walk in the afternoon. we went to my parents for dinner so it was a perfect day!

tulls has really been into her drawing and art recently! a few days ago when it was raining i laid a huge piece of butchers paper out with some of her favourite paints and let the girl run wild! she loved it so much and keeps asking to do it again!

Hello! It’s been a bit! We’ve been busy preparing to welcome Ms. M! We’re almost at 39 weeks! We were supposed to be scheduled for officially signing papers and adopting our newest girl on M’s due date, but we ended up rescheduling since it feels too risky. We’re on the asap list, but otherwise it will be after she’s born! We’ve been trying to get out before we’re a family of 7 with a newborn since that won’t be happening for a bit after she’s here.

hey everyone!

i was not expecting to be updating so soon but here we are! yesterday, at 3:32 am we welcomed our third bub, born at thirty nine weeks and knox’s irish twin! baby came a bit earlier than expected and knox and baby b are only ten months and three weeks apart which is so cool! so, i would like you all to meet our little boy,

banjo harvey thomas

his name 🦕

banjo has been one of my favourite names for as long as i can remember. i love the ‘o’ ending and how cool the name sounds in general. i also love love love how tully, banjo and knox sound togehter! he has two middles like tully (isadora belle) and knox (harrison james). harvey is for his dad, my husband, and thomas is for my uncle and harvey’s great-grandfather. we are so in love with his name and banjo already seems to suit him perfectly.

we can’t wait to watch banjo grow up!

i really can’t stay put in one family! i have plans for luna and gaia but i’m waiting for august for those plans to play out so i’ve been trying to occupy myself in the meantime, and i’ve just not been motivated. so i’m at family number four! however i’ll mention i’ve officially finished with my first family (maisy, kenna, addie, issie & atlas). lu and gaia will be back in august, and i’m not quite sure yet for inds, milo & bloom!

hiii! it’s so nice to meet you all - i’m melia i’m a mum of one soon to be two!

my eldest daughter is very almost one (two on the 22nd ). crazy how big my tiny happy is getting! miss mabel delilah meredith is the little light of my life, this girl literally lights up every room she walk into as she has the biggest most infectious smile! mabes loves animals; her favourite animal is a fox! she also loves her playmates so if anyone’s up for one we’d be more then happy! bellie’s favourite person is her step dad, he very much has stepped up as a dad for her and i’m so thankful for him. as he has made me have a very happy little bug!

then we’re also expecting our second baby soon! bells is so exited as she thinks getting a new baby brother is the best things ever! we didn’t find out with mabes, but finding out has been the sweetest as she knows she’s getting a brother and his name which she loves to shout his name around our house!

we’ve been waiting for baby brother to come, he’ll hopefully be here by the end of the month as we’re currently 38 weeks!

@melia22 thank you so much and welcome! mabel is so adorable! she looks like the most gorgeous girl - she reminds me of my girl! incase you haven’t seen, my name is margot and hubby harvey and i have a gorgeous girl named tully who is four in three months, knox who is eleven months next week and obviously now banjo! i am sure tully and knox would love to have a playdate with mabel! banjo and baby will be so close in age, we will have to make sure to catch up once your little one is born!

I know I very recently updated, but you won’t guess what happened about 5 hours after that post… (ok, ok, you will )

Merrily June
joined the world at 2:26 a.m., happier than any of the other little ones have been. She has been lovingly called, Milly, Miri, Mimi, Lee, and Ms. M has stuck. (we didn’t tell the kiddos her name for fear we might change it, so they had also been calling her Ms. M.)

A bit about her name

We mainly wanted her name to end with ie or y. Merrily was just a name we adored, though we did think about Romilly. We ended up with Merrily since we didn’t want it to start with an R, like Rainey’s name. Merrily (as you could probably guess) means merry, joyful, happy, which we love. She definitely proved her name as she barely cried, which was so surprising as she was wild with hiccups and kicks before she was born.

She loves sleeping, which we are soooo glad about. Nonetheless, I’m sure we’ll have a some sleepless nights! Of course it’s easier to take care of one girl compared to two and she’s the fourth baby, so it feels much easier. As of now everyone has a preferred nickname. I prefer to call her Merrily or Miri (I’ve always loved the name Miri), DH calls her Merrily or Lee, Rainey calls her Milly, Windy calls her Ms. M, girly calls her Milly, and Alton has been calling her Mimi. To be honest, we all call her Ms. M, since we’re used to it.

Also, we have an adoption date!!! Soooo excited!
