Family Name Compilation

[name_m]Hi[/name_m] Everyone!

I’m looking for ways to combine or come up with a name that can incorporate the names of the most special people in my husband and I’s lives! We want to give our future daughter a family name as her middle name but I’m having a hard time coming up with what to use because I don’t want to favor one person over the other. My mother’s name is [name_f]Staci[/name_f]. My mother-in-law’s name is [name_f]Maureen[/name_f]. Both my mom and grandmother share [name_f]Anne[/name_f] as their middle names. My grandmothers’ names are [name_f]Alberta[/name_f] and [name_f]Margaret[/name_f]. My husband’s grandmothers’ names are [name_f]Frances[/name_f] and [name_f]Nancy[/name_f]. Our daughter’s name will either be [name_f]Vivienne[/name_f] or [name_f]Lydia[/name_f]- still deciding! Thanks everyone in advance for your help! I’ve been racking my brain for some time now on this!

Some ideas
[name_f]Anastasia[/name_f] (a nod to [name_f]Anne[/name_f], [name_f]Staci[/name_f] and [name_f]Alberta[/name_f])
[name_u]Frankie[/name_u]/[name_f]Francie[/name_f] ([name_f]Frances[/name_f] and [name_f]Nancy[/name_f])
[name_f]Francine[/name_f] ([name_f]Frances[/name_f], and [name_f]Maureen[/name_f])
[name_f]Mara[/name_f] ([name_f]Margaret[/name_f] and [name_f]Maureen[/name_f])
[name_f]Nina[/name_f] ([name_f]Maureen[/name_f] and [name_f]Nancy[/name_f])
[name_f]Daisy[/name_f] (linked to [name_f]Margaret[/name_f] and a nod [name_f]Staci[/name_f])
[name_f]Maci[/name_f] (a nod to [name_f]Staci[/name_f], [name_f]Margaret[/name_f], [name_f]Maureen[/name_f] )
[name_f]Amber[/name_f] ([name_f]Alberta[/name_f] and [name_f]Margaret[/name_f])
[name_u]Fran[/name_u] ([name_f]Frances[/name_f] and [name_f]Anne[/name_f])
[name_f]Grace[/name_f] (same meaning as [name_f]Anne[/name_f] and [name_f]Nancy[/name_f])
[name_f]Gracie[/name_f] (rhymes with [name_f]Staci[/name_f] and same meaning as [name_f]Anne[/name_f] and [name_f]Nancy[/name_f])

Thank you so much for these suggestions! You really know how to compile names! Any thoughts on combining [name_f]Maureen[/name_f] and [name_f]Staci[/name_f]?

For [name_f]Maureen[/name_f] and [name_f]Staci[/name_f] maybe [name_f]Marci[/name_f]/[name_f]Marcie[/name_f]?
[name_f]Christine[/name_f], [name_f]Celestine[/name_f], [name_f]Ernestine[/name_f], [name_f]Justine[/name_f], [name_f]Tristine[/name_f] and [name_m]Augustine[/name_m] have the -een/ine ending of [name_f]Maureen[/name_f] and the st sound of [name_f]Staci[/name_f]. There’s also just [name_f]Stine[/name_f].
Or, since [name_f]Staci[/name_f] comes from [name_f]Anastasia[/name_f], combine the two and get Anastasine.
There’s also [name_u]Ori[/name_u]/Auri, with [name_f]Maureen[/name_f]'s AUR and [name_f]Staci[/name_f]'s i ending.
[name_f]Maureen[/name_f] is the Irish variation of [name_f]Mary[/name_f]. You could get inspired by the fact that it’s Irish and go for the Irish version of [name_f]Anastasia[/name_f]/[name_f]Staci[/name_f], Annstas.
There’s also [name_f]Sarai[/name_f], which sounds like a combination of [name_f]Staci[/name_f] and [name_f]Maureen[/name_f]'s first syllable.
[name_f]Mitzi[/name_f] and [name_f]Mairi[/name_f] also look like combinations of the two. [name_f]Mairi[/name_f] has the same meaning as [name_f]Maureen[/name_f] as well.

Emmievis has a lot of good ideas! I’ll add in…

[name_f]Maureen[/name_f] and [name_f]Staci[/name_f]…

[name_f]Maci[/name_f]/Maesi
[name_u]Reese[/name_u]
[name_f]Marceline[/name_f]
[name_u]Storm[/name_u]
[name_u]Seren[/name_u]
[name_f]Maisy[/name_f]
[name_f]Suri[/name_f]

[name_f]Marianne[/name_f] for [name_f]Margaret[/name_f], [name_f]Maureen[/name_f], [name_f]Anne[/name_f]
[name_f]Alana[/name_f] for [name_f]Alberta[/name_f] and [name_f]Nancy[/name_f] and [name_f]Frances[/name_f]
That is about my limit. Maybe two middle names one for each side of the family. alternatively rather than trying to get all names together for one child, same some for any future children.

I see what you mean, that’s a lot of people to honor. My family is large & for my daughter I didn’t choose an honor name, mostly so I wouldn’t offend the ones I didn’t choose.

However, I did carry on my hubbs family tradition. My son is the 6th generation to have his mn. But if I didn’t like the name, I wouldn’t have done it.
