Ugh. I am a sucker for double barrel first names. I adore them! I’ve also been loving Clara , she’s simple yet stands out, delicate yet strong and sounds so melodic. Here’s a few ideas I have…
Clara Willow
Clara Ivy
Clara Jade
Clara Aine
Clara Eliza
Clara Raine
Clara Layne
Clara Maeve
Clara Dove
Clara Halo
Clara Bea
Clara Estelle
[name_f]Clara[/name_f] is an amazing name, and she sounds so good as a double-barrel!!
From your list, I think my favorites are [name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_f]Bea[/name_f] & [name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_f]Dove[/name_f] Both so soft and down-to-earth!!
[name_f]My[/name_f] favorites are [name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_f]Jade[/name_f], [name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_f]Dove[/name_f], and [name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_f]Bea[/name_f]! I also like some others (Clara [name_f]Ivy[/name_f], [name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_f]Estelle[/name_f], etc.), but I think they might be more difficult to enforce as double names.
These are great! [name_f]Clara[/name_f] is one of my favorite names! I love [name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_f]Bea[/name_f] from your list. I think [name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_f]Jean[/name_f] would also be nice. Then there is the [name_f]Taylor[/name_f] [name_m]Swift[/name_m] song about [name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_m]Bow[/name_m], and that made me think that [name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_m]Bo[/name_m] could be cute too.
From your list, love [name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_f]Bea[/name_f] and [name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_f]Dove[/name_f].
How about:
[name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_f]Jane[/name_f]
[name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_f]Pearl[/name_f]
[name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_f]Mae[/name_f]
[name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_f]Dove[/name_f] is so pretty and unexpected! [name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_f]Bea[/name_f] is fun and playful but snappy too (I like the idea of [name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_f]Beatrix[/name_f] ‘Clara Bea’ too) [name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_f]Willow[/name_f] is sleek but sparky and [name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_f]Maeve[/name_f] is sweet too. I think [name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_f]Dove[/name_f] is my fave over all though
Some others that I like: [name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_f]Juno[/name_f], [name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_f]Josette[/name_f], [name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_m]Sol[/name_m], [name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_f]Sadhbh[/name_f] / [name_f]Clara[/name_f] Sive, [name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_f]Mavis[/name_f] and [name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_f]Solange[/name_f]
[name_f]My[/name_f] first granddaughter is [name_f]Clara[/name_f], named for me, [name_f]Ginger[/name_f] [name_f]Clare[/name_f]
I don’t like double barrels IRL because I’m in [name_m]South[/name_m] US where it’s every other girl lol BUT I love coming up with double barrels!
[name_f]My[/name_f] great great aunt was [name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_f]Bell[/name_f], double.
In in-law family double was [name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_f]Christine[/name_f] way back.
The easiest ones to remain as double names on your list are [name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_f]Jade[/name_f], [name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_m]Layne[/name_m], [name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_f]Maeve[/name_f], [name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_f]Bea[/name_f], and [name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_f]Dove[/name_f]. Of those, I like [name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_f]Bea[/name_f] and even more [name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_f]Dove[/name_f]. Soft and different. We have way too many double names with Lane/Jade/Kate/Grace around here for me to choose [name_f]Jade[/name_f] or [name_m]Layne[/name_m] or [name_f]Maeve[/name_f], but flow and style are good!
[name_f]My[/name_f] fave combo for double name
[name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_f]Day[/name_f]
from your list I love [name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_f]Maeve[/name_f], [name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_f]Bea[/name_f], and [name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_f]Dove[/name_f]! [name_f]Laine[/name_f] is also really pretty <3
my favorites in general would be [name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_f]Glory[/name_f], [name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_f]May[/name_f], and [name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_f]Jo[/name_f]
[name_f]Clara[/name_f] is lovely, and I think she’d be so lovely in a double barrel! I’m hesitant to use a double barrel where the second name is more than one syllable, though… I know a family that had a Michael-Kellan and they couldn’t get anyone to stick to Michael-Kellan in full. I do like [name_f]Clara[/name_f] Layne/Clara Bea/Clara [name_f]Dove[/name_f] though! I think [name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_f]Bea[/name_f] is my favorite. I just worry that people wouldn’t stick to [name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_f]Willow[/name_f], for example.
I love the suggestion of [name_f]Clara[/name_f] Joy; I was going to suggest it myself. A few other ideas I had:
[name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_f]Kate[/name_f] or [name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_m]Kit[/name_m]
[name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_f]June[/name_f]
[name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_f]Wren[/name_f]
[name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_f]Lark[/name_f] (depending on how you say [name_f]Clara[/name_f], this might be cute or very repetitive)
[name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_f]Bay[/name_f]
[name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_m]Lee[/name_m] (sort of feels like [name_f]Rosalie[/name_f] or [name_f]Coralie[/name_f] to me… although I would probably just do Claralie)
[name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_f]May[/name_f]
[name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_f]Rue[/name_f]
[name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_f]Wynne[/name_f]
[name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_f]Pearl[/name_f]
[name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_f]Tess[/name_f]
[name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_f]Quinn[/name_f]
[name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_m]Penn[/name_m]
[name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_f]Sloane[/name_f]
[name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_f]Reese[/name_f]
I really like the repetition of the ending sound with [name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_f]Eliza[/name_f] & [name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_f]Willow[/name_f] is beautiful! Those two are my favourites.
[name_f]Clara[/name_f] is a great name! [name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_f]Jade[/name_f], [name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_f]Raine[/name_f], [name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_m]Layne[/name_m], [name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_f]Dove[/name_f], and [name_f]Clara[/name_f] [name_f]Bea[/name_f] are my favorites. They all flow nicely together and feel like they’d fit well as a double barrel name. The others are pretty, but feel like a more traditional first and middle name. i don’t see them fitting as a double barrel as easily
