Trying to figure out how I feel about [name_u]Felice[/name_u]. [name_f]Do[/name_f] you like it? [name_u]Ever[/name_u] met one?
I’ve met a [name_f]Felicia[/name_f] before. [name_u]Felice[/name_u] just makes me think of [name_u]Feliz[/name_u] [name_f]Navidad[/name_f]. Which I guess isn’t terrible, but it’s not really my style.
I really like it! Never met one though:)
I like it, although I’ve never met one. I prefer it to [name_f]Felicia[/name_f] or [name_f]Felicity[/name_f].
My sister is named [name_f]Felicia[/name_f], and we have pondered whether to use [name_u]Felice[/name_u] as an honoring name for her.
I happen to love [name_u]Felice[/name_u]. I think it is soft yet pretty and has such a positive meaning in “happiness”. Though it has been used as a male name in some countries, I find it quite feminine, especially when pronounced feh-lees.
I have never met anyone with this specific name, and know that it is truly not common. According to the Social Security index of names (U.S.A. for 2013)…
Only 8 girls were names [name_u]Felice[/name_u], whereas 112 girls were named [name_f]Felicia[/name_f] and 493 girls were named [name_f]Felicity[/name_f]. The only less common variation is [name_f]Feliciana[/name_f], with 6 girls given the name in 2013.
[name_f]Hope[/name_f] that helps!
I love it. It’s unusual and brings to mind morning gllories for some reason.
I think its beautiful!! I had it on my list for our little girl but hubby doesnt like it so had to give it up! its cute, feminine, original and sounds beautiful. Never met anyone called [name_u]Felice[/name_u]
I really like the sound! And although it’s a word in spanish- at least it means [name_f]Happy[/name_f]!
I like it. The sound is quite similar to fleece or fleas though.
I’d pronounce it the Italian way, like feh-[name_u]LEE[/name_u]-cheh
I don’t dislike [name_u]Felice[/name_u], but just from other comments I can see pronunciation issues and associations pushing me away from the name. But, some of the names I love have the same problems and I love them so much I disregard them. So, it’s definitely usable. Some combo suggestions:
[name_u]Felice[/name_u] [name_f]Victoria[/name_f]
[name_u]Felice[/name_u] [name_f]Melaina[/name_f]
[name_u]Felice[/name_u] [name_f]Georgianna[/name_f]
[name_u]Felice[/name_u] [name_f]Hannah[/name_f]
[name_u]Felice[/name_u] [name_f]Corianna[/name_f]
[name_u]Felice[/name_u] [name_f]Brianna[/name_f]
[name_u]Felice[/name_u] [name_f]Naiara[/name_f]
[name_u]Felice[/name_u] [name_f]Daniella[/name_f]
Paired with a longer feminine name, I’m really beginning to like it.
I know someone named [name_u]Felice[/name_u] who is a young Italian man and wears it very well…so to me it is not a girl’s name but I suppose it could be used on a girl.
Exactly this. I started singing [name_u]Feliz[/name_u] [name_f]Navidad[/name_f] in my head as soon as I read this.
yep, [name_u]Feliz[/name_u] [name_f]Navidad[/name_f] was my first thought.
But then I can’t really talk as my current #1 is [name_f]Noelle[/name_f], lol
I think of the same, I prefer [name_f]Felicia[/name_f] slightly more.

I have a friend named [name_u]Felice[/name_u] and it suits her very well-- she’s a happy person. I like the name and think it’s off-the-beaten path but classic and not uneeke. It sounds similar to [name_f]Alice[/name_f] or [name_f]Beatrice[/name_f]/[name_f]Beatriz[/name_f] and also works well as a mn too.
