I think Felicity has solidified as my favorite first name option for Maëlle or Maëlys—and I’ve found 4 combos I am so fond of!
I would love to hear any general thoughts/impressions on your favorite(s) of these—every time I get close to picking one, the other rope me back in! Meanings are usually just the icing on the cake for me, but I especially find I’m valuing them here:
- Princess of honor and intense happiness (Enora)
- Princess of peace and intense happiness (Irène)
- Snow Princess of intense happiness (Neve)
- Great joy, Princess, for God is with us (Emmanuelle)
I don’t know that the flow is amazing for all of them but every other aspect of the name is so lovely (meaning, visual imagery, warmth, family honors, etc.) that it’s not my biggest concern in this case.
