Felix - How many do you know?

Hello!

I was wondering if you could let me know how many kids/babies named [name_m]Felix[/name_m] you know IN PERSON, and where you are located?

My daughter is [name_f]Olive[/name_f] and I think [name_f]Olive[/name_f] & [name_m]Felix[/name_m] are extremely similar in popularity. I looked up the rankings in 2015 and they are only 2 numbers off!! 264 and 266, I believe. I don’t like names that are too popular, but I think both names fall into the “well liked” but not overly over used categories.

I have such a tough time thinking of boy names. Now that I am TTC#3, [name_m]Felix[/name_m] keeps coming back into my mind. Sibset would be [name_m]Abel[/name_m], [name_f]Olive[/name_f] & [name_m]Felix[/name_m].

Personally I know of two Felixes. One is two years old and one is 50 years old! UK based. [name_m]Abel[/name_m], [name_f]Olive[/name_f] and [name_m]Felix[/name_m] is a gorgeous sibset by the way :slight_smile:

I’m in the UK and I know two boys named [name_m]Felix[/name_m]. One here in the UK aged 10, and another in [name_m]New[/name_m] Zealand that’s 6 months old.

Cute name choices! I know a little [name_m]Felix[/name_m] in my daughters class at school- cutest little boy! I live in Australia, and he is the only one I’ve known.

I live in the mid-Atlantic area of the US and know one little [name_m]Felix[/name_m] (age 2). [name_m]Abel[/name_m], [name_f]Olive[/name_f], and [name_m]Felix[/name_m] is a great sibset though! One suggestion for a less common alternative-- [name_m]Gilbert[/name_m].

I am in [name_m]New[/name_m] Zealand and I know one boy named [name_m]Felix[/name_m]. [name_u]Love[/name_u] it with the siblings’ names and would use it myself if my friends had not used it already!

Funny you should mention [name_m]Gilbert[/name_m] because that’s on our longer list of middle name options. It’s a family name on my husband’s side! (It’s his brother and dad’s middle name). Thanks for your suggestion and input!

I knew a Félix back when I was speed skating who is probably about twelve now. I’m in [name_f]Canada[/name_f].

I think your names go wonderful together! I know one [name_m]Felix[/name_m] and he is my friend’s father (in his 60’s) I live in NJ

I think [name_m]Abel[/name_m], [name_f]Olive[/name_f], and [name_m]Felix[/name_m] is a lovely sibset! I know 2 people named [name_m]Felix[/name_m]…one is mid 60s-70s and the other is maybe 3 or 4, lol. I love the name and think it’s great at any age :slight_smile:
