I’m TTC with my boyfriend [name_m]David[/name_m] and trying to come up with female forms of his name any suggestions ?
Other then:
[name_u]Davi[/name_u]
[name_f]Davia[/name_f]
Thanks

[name_f]Davina[/name_f] maybe? I know a [name_f]Davina[/name_f] who has the nn [name_m]Dave[/name_m].
All of the feminine forms of [name_m]David[/name_m] seem a little clunky to me but [name_m]David[/name_m] means beloved so I would suggest matching baby girl’s name meaning to her daddy. (I’m going to suggest all over the place since I don’t know your style!)
All of these names mean beloved:
[name_f]Amy[/name_f]
[name_f]Amadea[/name_f]
[name_f]Esme[/name_f]
[name_f]Priya[/name_f]
Another way to honour dad might be to match the first letter:
[name_f]Dahlia[/name_f]
[name_f]Daphne[/name_f]
[name_u]Dove[/name_u]
Or to match dad’s middle name.
[name_f]Daphne[/name_f] is my favourite of the bunch.
I have a female cousin named [name_u]Devin[/name_u] who goes by [name_m]Davie[/name_m] 99% of the time. Both good options maybe?
[name_f]Davina[/name_f]
[name_m]Davis[/name_m]
[name_m]Dawson[/name_m]
[name_u]Vida[/name_u]
[name_f]Davina[/name_f]
