Hubby and I are on the hunt for a feminine name with a sporty (?) nickname. An example might be M@delyn nn M@ddie or [name_u]Alex[/name_u]@ndra nn [name_u]Alex[/name_u] or [name_f]Andi[/name_f].
I prefer a nn ending in the y sound. Any full names over three syllables tends to seem unusable as it will almost always be shortened (example - G@briell@ would almost never be called by her full name).
To throw a wrench into things we also tend to like names like [name_f]Meg[/name_f]@n and R@chel which don’t necessarily require or lend themselves to nns. We’re all over the place!
Our last name starts with an S and sounds like cider.
