The name description says it’s a variation of [name_m]Eleazar[/name_m]. So [name_f]Elease[/name_f] wouldt be my suggestion. Biblicaly, a female name connection could be [name_f]Talitha[/name_f] as they were both raised from the dead by [name_m]Jesus[/name_m].

I also thought of [name_f]Zara[/name_f], or [name_f]Lara[/name_f], and maybe even Lazara or Lazaria if you’re open to something less established.

I’ve not yet seen them mentioned, yet they were my first thought and feel most similar: Azaria, Azura or Azélie.
Also, if sweet and simple is more your style, perhaps just Lara, Laura or Lark or if surname-type names are more your thing, Larsen, Larue, Azarola or Larose.
