[name_f]Franca[/name_f]
[name_f]Franka[/name_f]
both legitimate in Central Europe

also [name_f]Frances[/name_f] is feminine spelling of [name_m]Francis[/name_m], which is solely masculine.

[name_f]Franziska[/name_f], as mentioned by @CBiscuit is the one that came to mind first!

Nameberry says [name_m]Franz[/name_m] means Frenchman or [name_m]Free[/name_m] [name_m]Man[/name_m].

If so, you could use any of the [name_f]Caroline[/name_f] / [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] names that also mean “free man” from [name_m]Charles[/name_m].

[name_f]Françoise[/name_f] is the [name_f]French[/name_f] name for [name_f]French[/name_f] woman, (I think). So you could take something from that, like [name_f]Anne[/name_f] / [name_f]Annie[/name_f]. [name_m]Or[/name_m] isn’t there an [name_m]Irish[/name_m] name something like Noise pronounced noy-sha? I see [name_f]Cozy[/name_f] or [name_f]Cissy[/name_f].
