On Nameberry I would think it stood for “first initial.”

mn=middle name
nn=nickname
fn=first name

Is that what you meant?

I would assume the Fiance is correct. I should have been a little more clear I’ve seen it like so…
DH/FI
DH means Dearest Hubby or Darling Husband, etc but for the life of me I couldn’t figure out what FI was. I thoroughly enjoyed [name]Nephele[/name]'s response, though!
