Hey momma’s, I just wanted to say thank you for all your suggestions & feedback. A lot of you said, you wanted to know what we finally decided on, so I wanted to let you all know. After months of stressing over a name, months of debating, watching baby name videos, asking for help, bugging you all with the same questions lol, praying for God to give me a sign, adding to my list & debating between equal top contenders, I was hoping when I seen her I would just know. & let me say from the moment I laid eyes on her I had that gut feeling of what it should be. After finally deciding on a first name, We were down to Alexis Selena or Alexis Marie nn “Lexi Marie” possibly Celine but the other two were more probable…but let me say from the moment I laid eyes on her I knew she looked like Alexis Marie “Lexi Marie”, it just fit her. I wanted to make Selena fit so bad, but after seeing her, It never suited her like Lexi Marie. even though my husband had previously said, he didn’t understand how seeing her would make a difference in what fits her since she’s a newborn lol In hospital, I asked him “what name fits her/what does she look like/what can you see us genuinely naming her (without me telling him my thoughts) & he said Alexis Marie! Definitely confirmation. All through the hospital stay, I tried calling her Alexis Selena & Celine & wanted to see if it would eventually suit her but it just didnt so She’s officially Alexis Marie (Lexi Marie) something about Marie paired with Lexi actually has me using her middle name too & I couldn’t make Lexi Selena have that same fit. A list is great & loving different names is great but there’s such a huge difference when it comes to officially filling out birth certificate & going with what with feels right. I also just wanted to encourage other mommas struggling and stressing over names I feel that it will come to you (at least it did for me) once you see them & dont let anyone pressure you to name them prematurely if you’re debating.
I was stressed over it, but the week before I had her, it was like God finally had me at peace & decided on the first name but once I saw her, it confirmed her middle. All of your suggestions really just helped me confirm my gut feeling 
although I’ve always thought Alexis Marie had the best flow & sounded the classiest,
I still think Selena & Celine are beautiful & definitely contenders (as someone else also suggested ) for a future baby). Thanks again Ladies!!
