Okay so I’m brainstorming a bunch of guy names for a story I’m writing (He’s not the main character, but sorta like the person that comes into the story and changes life for the main character [I’m just blabbering here, sorry lol]) He’s more on the mysterious side and I’ve sorta got an idea for looks-
shorter (not buzz cut) Blonde/dirty blonde hair, startling, deep blue eyes, on the taller side, paler skin tone.
So I’ve found some names I like but I can’t put my finger on exactly which full name order I like. . .
First names:

[name_m]Pierce[/name_m] (I don’t know whether this could be a good LAST name or FIRST name. . .)

Of the names from your list, I think [name_m]Pierce[/name_m] is the first name that suits him best (but then again, I always associate the name [name_m]Pierce[/name_m] with blondes).

No I actually like [name_m]Killian[/name_m] as a first name, but after thinking about it, I feel like its the perfect last name as well.
