Hey, sorry for all these posts lately but I’m revamping my list. I have a babyname.com list of possible middle names (Vote on Name Lists at BabyNames.com). Some are kind of out there but they are mostly family names. I was wondering if you could vote on your favorites then maybe give me some first name options for them. Here’s a list of some new names that I’ve recently stumbled upon and like, but I’m looking for more.
Baisha (not sure on spelling, pronounced [name]Bay[/name]-sha) - something about this doesn’t sound right to me, but I can’t put my finger on it. I’m rarely a fan of “B” names so maybe that’s it.
[name]Elissa[/name]/[name]Elissia[/name] - Pretty, but it’s one of those names with enough spelling/pronunciation variations that she will always be correcting people. [name]May[/name] not matter too much for a middle though.
[name]Gracelyn[/name] - Not a fan, sorry.
[name]Kinsley[/name]/Kensley - Also not a fan. I prefer Kensley to [name]Kinsley[/name] though.
[name]Mara[/name]/[name]Samara[/name] - I really like both of these. I think [name]Samara[/name] is underused!
[name]Pippa[/name] - [name]Lovely[/name] but I prefer [name]Philippa[/name].
[name]Raya[/name] - Would you pronounce this “[name]Rye[/name]-a” or “[name]Rae[/name]-a”? I like the second but not the first.
[name]Ramona[/name] - I love it! One of my favourite names!
[name]Selena[/name] - I really like this as well. It may be up for a popularity rise though, because of [name]Selena[/name] Gomez.
[name]August[/name] - Really nice.
[name]Berkeley[/name] - Not a fan, sorry. Though for a middle you could get away with it.
[name]Brigham[/name] - Same as [name]Berkeley[/name].
[name]Camden[/name] - I like the sound of it but it does have a couple of bad namesakes. It probably depends on where you live.
[name]Conrad[/name] - I quite like this.
[name]Cormac[/name] - Nice.
[name]Dominic[/name] - I love this name. It’s on my list!
[name]Eamon[/name] - I really, really, like this.
[name]Holden[/name] - Not a fan, sorry.
[name]Huxley[/name] - I don’t like this either.
[name]Reilly[/name] - I really like this, but worry that its becoming dated. I’d still consider it, though.
[name]Sullivan[/name] - [name]Love[/name] it! If it didn’t almost rhyme with my surname I would seriously consider it.
[name]Willem[/name] - I associate this with cigars so it doesn’t really work for me.
