Hello, people! I’ve been a member of a different baby name site for a little while, but I only recently discovered this place. From looking at all the posts, you guys have great taste in names!

I’m not pregnant or anything (I’m still a teenager…), but I really love names! Sooooo…What do you guys think of some of my name loves at the moment?

[name]Clara[/name] [name]Willow[/name]- This has been my favorite for a while. I think it just sounds beautiful :-).

[name]Isla[/name]- I know that this is seen a lot on name websites…but I love it so much! I can’t quite come up with a great mn, though…I used to like [name]Isla[/name] [name]Cecily[/name] and [name]Isla[/name] [name]Carolina[/name] (care oh LEEN uh), but now I’m not sure. I kinda like [name]Isla[/name] [name]Felicity[/name] at the moment. WDYT?

I think [name]Isla[/name] [name]Felicity[/name] is a lovely name! If you like [name]Isla[/name] [name]Carolina[/name] maybe you would like [name]Isla[/name] [name]Katerina[/name] as well?
I really like [name]Gemma[/name] [name]Violet[/name] and [name]Lyra[/name] [name]Ottilie[/name] too. [name]Clara[/name] [name]Willow[/name] is very pretty and feminine. My favourite “-ara” name is [name]Zara[/name]!

Awww, I know what baby name site you’re talking about! :slight_smile: [name]Just[/name] knowing what I do about your style and the names you love, I’m sure you’ll fit right in here, and you’ll love it. That being said, I can’t bear to leave PC and stay here completely. haha. (lol, since my usernames are different for both nameberry and PC, I figured I’d sound much less stalkerish if you knew my PC username is aislinnmaria.)

And I still adore your style, completely. I don’t think it’s changed too much since I’ve seen your full list, but here’s my thoughts, anyway. :slight_smile:

[name]Clara[/name] [name]Willow[/name]–okay, so I totally didn’t see the appeal of [name]Willow[/name] as a MN at first, but I stinkin adore this! [name]Clara[/name] is a huge favorite of mine right now, and the spunky, nature-y [name]Willow[/name] suits it perfectly. It’s adorable. :slight_smile:

[name]Isla[/name]–[name]LOVE[/name] [name]Isla[/name] [name]Felicity[/name]! I loved your [name]Isla[/name] [name]Cecily[/name] combo, too. Didn’t it honor someone in your family? Or am I making that up?

[name]Matilda[/name] [name]Eve[/name]–I am SUCH a sucker for [name]Eve[/name], no matter where I see it. lovelovelove! [name]Matilda[/name] [name]Eve[/name] works perfectly, too. I love both names. Would you use a nn for [name]Matilda[/name]? I love [name]Tilly[/name]!

[name]Lyra[/name] [name]Ottilie[/name]–sorry, I don’t much see the appeal of [name]Ottilie[/name], but I adore [name]Lyra[/name]! It’s on my top 20!

[name]Gemma[/name] [name]Violet[/name]–[name]Violet[/name]'s on my top 10, so I obviously love it. A few years ago, [name]Gemma[/name] [name]Corinne[/name] was on my top 20, but it’s since fallen from my radar. Lately, though, I’ve been loving it! And I love the nn [name]Gem[/name]/[name]Gemmy[/name] (not to mention the uber-popular, but oh-so-adorable [name]Emmy[/name]!). I really like [name]Gemma[/name] and [name]Violet[/name] together.

[name]Sofia[/name] [name]Iris[/name]–wow, weird. [name]Sophia[/name] [name]Iris[/name] [name]Vivienne[/name] used to be on my list! lol. Obviously love it, but these days, I prefer [name]Sophie[/name] to [name]Sofia[/name]/[name]Sophia[/name]. I think I would be smitten with [name]Sophie[/name] [name]Iris[/name]. :slight_smile: I do see the appeal of [name]Sofia[/name]/[name]Sophia[/name], though, and [name]Sofia[/name] [name]Iris[/name] is sweet.

I seriously love all your combos pretty much the same amount, lol, but [name]Clara[/name] [name]Willow[/name] is my favorite. Seriously can’t get over how awesome that is!

[name]Isla[/name]- I like [name]Isla[/name] [name]Felicity[/name]. [name]Isla[/name] [name]Cecily[/name] is pretty great too. [name]Isla[/name] is super super popular here in the UK. I know about 6 Islas (mostly under 10).

[name]Matilda[/name] [name]Eve[/name] - [name]Matilda[/name] has been a favourite of mine for a long time! I love the nicknames [name]Mattie[/name] and [name]Tallie[/name]. I like [name]Tilly[/name] too. [name]Eve[/name] is OK - it’s pretty.

When I hear the name in my mind it sounds so peaceful and serene. The elegant [name]Willow[/name] is complements the elegant [name]Clara[/name] quite splendidly!

[name]Isla[/name]-[name]Isla[/name] [name]Felicity[/name] is gorgeous! [name]Love[/name] both names, and they seem to sparkle that much more when paired together! [name]Isla[/name] [name]Carolina[/name] is gorgeous, too, and I also like [name]Isla[/name] [name]Cecily[/name]. Other suggestions: [name]Isla[/name] [name]Phoebe[/name], [name]Isla[/name] [name]Simone[/name], [name]Isla[/name] [name]Juliet[/name], [name]Isla[/name] [name]Josephine[/name]. I never thought of [name]Tallie[/name]/[name]Tally[/name] as a nickname for [name]Matilda[/name]! I’ve been looking for a good nickname…[name]Mattie[/name] is alright, and I do like [name]Tilly[/name]…but I think I like [name]Tallie[/name]/[name]Tally[/name] more. Thanks for that! [name]Matilda[/name] nickname [name]Tallie[/name] is adorable :-).

Hey! I’m just a teenager too, but still an avid name lover! My opinions on your list:

[name]Clara[/name] [name]Willow[/name]- Not a big fan of [name]Clara[/name] or of the combination since both names have two syllables.

[name]Isla[/name]- This name is really pretty! [name]Isla[/name] [name]Felicity[/name] is a gorgeous combination!

[name]Matilda[/name] [name]Eve[/name]- This name doesn’t flow very well in my opinion, and I don’t like [name]Matilda[/name].

[name]Lyra[/name] [name]Ottilie[/name]- I like both names, but together not so much.

[name]Gemma[/name] [name]Violet[/name]- [name]LOVE[/name] both of these names, but not too big on the combo.

[name]Sofia[/name] [name]Iris[/name]- Doesn’t have the best flow to it, and I don’t really like either of these names.
