This name is a big association to a poet where I live but what do you think of this name?
I guess that the -bella trend is also not huge where I live so that’s really not a problem… and this name combines two that I like a lot: Flora and Bela and these could work as nn and I think that there are still more nickname options…
I’m kinda lost for middle names… the poet’s birth name was Flor Bela Lobo but she then decided to go by Florbela da Alma so none of these names would work as middles so the association wouldnt be even bigger
I like [name_f]Flor[/name_f] names in general (my favourite is probably [name_f]Flordelis[/name_f], but [name_f]Flor[/name_f], Florbela, [name_f]Fleur[/name_f], [name_f]Fflur[/name_f] etc are all gorgeous).
I like Florbela / Florbella.
I’d probably pair with something not too frilly in the middle, though. Like [name_f]Ruth[/name_f], [name_u]Greer[/name_u], [name_f]Winsome[/name_f] etc
It’s a name I can appreciate for someone else! We have a friend who has a Gladibella and I love that
Florbella has a really nice sound!! It has flair and spark!!

On the one hand its really pretty! On the other hand I feel like [name_m]Ive[/name_m] seen a flooring store with this name….
i feel like the word FLOOR really stands out to me.
There’s too much ‘floor’ in there. It feels clunky and unusable to me. I’d just go with [name_f]Flora[/name_f] if you wanted to honour the poet!
