For a little Girl..Cason?

I have loved this name for a girl. I have loved it since watching Girl Interrupted. [name]Winona[/name] Ryders Character [name]Susanna[/name] [name]Cason[/name]. I thought it be cool for a girl, but it has jump for boys. I was wonder if i could ever use it on a girl…or should I use it on a boy. Caison(?)

[name]Cason[/name] ends in “son” so I think if anything you should keep it for a boy. I’m not a fan of giving girls names that end in “son” because, well, they are not sons. I love [name]Susanna[/name] though, especially with the nickname [name]Sunny[/name].

I taught a boy named [name]Casen[/name], so I just think of him. Sorry, it sounds like a boy’s name to me.

I don’t really like [name]Cason[/name] on either gender, but I suppose it works with a feminine middle name. Like:
[name]Cason[/name] [name]Veronica[/name]
[name]Cason[/name] [name]Alice[/name]
[name]Cason[/name] [name]Seraphina[/name]
[name]Cason[/name] [name]Aurelia[/name]
etc.

I don’t like [name]Cason[/name] on either boy or girl as well.

It defiantly sounds more boyish since it’s similar to the popular: [name]Jason[/name]'s and [name]Mason[/name]'s

but I don’t care for it at all

Same here. [name]Don[/name]'t like it for either sex. Reminds me of casein.

I definitely think of it as a boy name. I just saw a baby boy on FB named [name]Cason[/name]…sp Kaihson cringe.

I am usually happily neutral toward unisex or boys’ names on girls … except names end in “son” or begin with “[name]Mac[/name]”. I just can’t think those as girls names. I mean which little girl wants to be called a “son”? I don’t even like the name [name]Alison[/name] because of it, and [name]Alison[/name] is 100% girl.

I went to school with a girl named [name]Cason[/name] who would be in college now. She wore it well, so I don’t mind it on a girl at all, even though it probably wouldn’t usually be my taste. I only like the [name]Cason[/name] spelling. Anything else makes it seem less authentic and interesting to me.

It’s all boy to me, and I don’t like it for either gender. It just seems like part of the [name]Kaden[/name], [name]Jace[/name], etc… made-up trend. Plus her last name was [name]Cason[/name] in the movie. It makes sense as a surname, not as a first name for a little girl.
