[name_f]Do[/name_f] you think [name_m]Fox[/name_m] makes sense as a nickname for [name_m]Felix[/name_m]? I’m not sure how it popped into my head but I’m curious for a second (or 20th) opinion. Thanks!!
Yes, I think it’s a fantastic nickname for [name_m]Felix[/name_m]. I asked the same question a while back when [name_m]Felix[/name_m] nn [name_m]Fox[/name_m] was our front runner name for this baby #3 but we decided on a different name.
We have [name_m]Fox[/name_m] down as a nn for if we use [name_m]Felix[/name_m]. However, we chose it because our combination is [name_m]Felix[/name_m] [name_u]Orion[/name_u] [name_m]George[/name_m], and our surname starts with X.
But nn tend be what you make them. You don’t need a specific reason to like [name_m]Fox[/name_m]
[name_m]Fox[/name_m] as a nickname for [name_m]Felix[/name_m] is wonderful ^^
I like Flix as well, but it’s a little too reminiscent of netflix, so I’m happy to have [name_m]Fox[/name_m] as another superb option! [name_u]Love[/name_u] [name_m]Felix[/name_m] <3
Sounds great!
I think it definitely works.
I love both [name_m]Felix[/name_m] and [name_m]Fox[/name_m]. I’ve never thought about [name_m]Fox[/name_m] being a nn for [name_m]Felix[/name_m], but it’s wonderful and totally works.
100%. Makes me like [name_m]Felix[/name_m] more than I did before actually. It’s a great Avenue to get to [name_m]Fox[/name_m] if you love the name but think it’s to unusual or casual to go on a birth certificate.
Plus, [name_m]Felix[/name_m] is that lucky potion from [name_m]Harry[/name_m] [name_m]Potter[/name_m] so extra points.
I think [name_m]Felix[/name_m] nn [name_m]Fox[/name_m] works great!
