I like the idea of [name_m]Fox[/name_m] as a middle name, though I have seen it as a fn and it definitely worked, I would go with [name_u]River[/name_u] over [name_u]Raven[/name_u] (I associate [name_u]Raven[/name_u] with the female character from the television show That’s So [name_u]Raven[/name_u])

I like both [name_m]Fox[/name_m] and [name_m]Wolf[/name_m] equally but only as middle names. Upfront they’re a bit too much. As for [name_u]River[/name_u] vs. [name_u]Raven[/name_u], I would have to go [name_u]River[/name_u] as I’ve only seen [name_u]Raven[/name_u] used as a girl’s name.

[name_m]Fox[/name_m] is a totally B.A. guilty pleasure name of mine. But I think [name_m]Wolf[/name_m] is much more usable. In fact, at this point I am planning on naming my next son [name_m]Wolfgang[/name_m], nn [name_m]Wolf[/name_m]. So, I voted for [name_m]Wolf[/name_m]. Also, [name_u]River[/name_u] is a lot better than [name_u]Raven[/name_u], in my opinion.

[name_f]My[/name_f] boy is [name_m]Donny[/name_m] [name_m]Fox[/name_m] and he has a gorgeous collection of fox toys etc. You can’t really get wolf toys.

Between [name_m]Fox[/name_m] and [name_m]Wolf[/name_m] I prefer [name_m]Fox[/name_m]. [name_u]Raven[/name_u] versus [name_u]River[/name_u] is a little more difficult to choose for me. I read a book once where the [name_u]Hero[/name_u]'s name was [name_u]Raven[/name_u], and so while I know there is an actress named [name_u]Raven[/name_u] I always associate the name [name_u]Raven[/name_u] as a masculine name, I say go for [name_u]Raven[/name_u].

I love [name_m]Fox[/name_m] and [name_u]Raven[/name_u]
[name_m]Wolf[/name_m] just doesn’t work as a name for me. [name_u]River[/name_u] is losing its luster. I used to really love it but its steady rise in popularity is a turn off. [name_m]Fox[/name_m] and [name_u]Raven[/name_u] still have that out-there, hippie feel that [name_u]River[/name_u] has lost. [name_f]My[/name_f] first intro to [name_u]Raven[/name_u] was a handsome Native American character in some TV movie so this name is 100% man.

Of the first two I’d go with [name_m]Wolf[/name_m]. The second were a harder decision because I love them both. I voted for [name_u]Raven[/name_u] in the end because I love the name, especially on a boy, and it’s also a nice change from [name_u]River[/name_u] which seems more popular to me.

I personally would keep [name_u]River[/name_u] for either a first name or middle name and [name_m]Wolf[/name_m] and [name_m]Fox[/name_m] (I prefer [name_m]Wolf[/name_m]) as middle names. I am not too fond of [name_u]Raven[/name_u].

[name_m]Fox[/name_m] and [name_m]Wolf[/name_m], I’m actually torn. I voted for [name_m]Fox[/name_m], but I really love [name_m]Wolf[/name_m] too. [name_m]Both[/name_m] are keepers in my book. I think fn or mn could work.

[name_u]River[/name_u] vs [name_u]Raven[/name_u], well, look at my sig and you’ll see my preference  I’m surprised to see so many people say [name_u]River[/name_u] is too popular, I think it’s 372 in the ranking. As I’m about to name my son [name_u]River[/name_u], you can take my word that when I tell people [name_u]River[/name_u], they look at me with great surprise in that choice. At least where I live, [name_u]River[/name_u] def isn’t popular, but man, I love it!
