Anyway, I’ve got this superhero character and I’d like ya’ll’s opinion on her name (and some suggestions <3)
She is ~19, maybe a couple years older, she has fiery red hair, dark brown eyes. She’s of French descent (faaaairly recent? still haven’t decided if she’ll have a bit of an accent or not) but American. She’s a professional figure skater, er at least on her way to being professional, and so her body type is probably pretty short and hella athletic/toned/muscled. She has ice powers, and she miiiiight fight with a rapier (but that might be a little too much like Weiss from RWBY shrug).
As for her personality, she’s pretty serious, maybe a lil’ bitchy but mostly exasperated at the world around her. Smart, but not crazy intelligent. Determined, when she puts her mind to something it’s hard to get her to change her mind, and she’ll keep trying until she succeeds. Easily flustered and cares far too much about other’s opinions of her. When she warms up to you (heh) she’d be nice and fiercely loyal. ((Still working on her personality, but that’s a general idea of it))

As a huge figure skating fan, I gotta say the idea of a skating superheroine is awesome! The first name that came to mind is [name_f]Vanessa[/name_f], mainly because I’m familiar with two well-known [name_m]French[/name_m] figure skaters with that name: [name_f]Vanessa[/name_f] Gusmeroli and [name_f]Vanessa[/name_f] [name_u]James[/name_u] (who I believe is actually British, but she now skates for [name_f]France[/name_f]). The connection wouldn’t be super obvious to the average reader, but I think it would be fun. (A neat coincidence is that Vanessa Gusmeroli won the bronze medal at the World Championships in 1997, which is around the time that your character would have been born, assuming that she’s 19 in 2016. If your character’s parents were skating fans, they might have named their daughter after her!)

The names you’re considering would also work well, although Juliet and Adeline seem a little too sweet for her personality to me. I would also suggest using the [name_f]Juliette[/name_f] spelling instead in this case if you do use it.
