Fresh Meat (err, Names): Which Should I Add?

Thank you, ladies, for all your lovely suggestions for names to add to my list! I’ve gone over the post several times and have come up with a small (okay, sort of large-ish) list of names I’m considering adding to my list. I’m just interested in opinions on the names themselves now.

[name_f]Audrey[/name_f]
[name_f]Aurelia[/name_f] (or [name_f]Aurelie[/name_f]?)
[name_f]Daphne[/name_f]
[name_f]Eliska[/name_f]
[name_f]Lenora[/name_f] (would probably replace [name_f]Eleni[/name_f] on my list, if I added it)
[name_f]Lillian[/name_f]/[name_f]Lilia[/name_f] (would replace [name_f]Liliana[/name_f] on my list…)
[name_f]Sylvia[/name_f]
[name_f]Wren[/name_f]
[name_f]Zelia[/name_f]/[name_f]Zelie[/name_f]

For frame of reference, [name_f]Isabelle[/name_f], [name_f]Arianne[/name_f], [name_f]Olivia[/name_f], [name_f]Violet[/name_f], [name_f]Rachel[/name_f], [name_f]Liliana[/name_f], [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f], [name_f]Eleni[/name_f], [name_f]Hannah[/name_f], [name_f]Eva[/name_f], [name_f]Catherine[/name_f], [name_f]Emmeline[/name_f], and [name_f]Tess[/name_f] are the names on my list at the moment.

If you feel like you have any other ideas you’re just dying to share, I won’t stop you. I’m still open to suggestions.

Thanks, Berries!

[name_f]Audrey[/name_f]- I don’t like the “odd” sound at the beginning, but what about [name_u]Aubrey[/name_u]?
[name_f]Aurelia[/name_f] (or [name_f]Aurelie[/name_f]?)- [name_f]Love[/name_f] [name_f]Aurelia[/name_f], don’t care for [name_f]Aurelie[/name_f]. [name_f]Aurelia[/name_f] is ancient and lovely, while [name_f]Aurelie[/name_f] has some teasing potential.
[name_f]Daphne[/name_f]- Very pretty! Not a fan of the name’s similarity to the word daffy, though. What about [name_f]Delphine[/name_f] or [name_f]Fiona[/name_f]?
[name_f]Eliska[/name_f]- Beautiful, although it sounds like it could be confused with [name_f]Alyssa[/name_f].
[name_f]Lenora[/name_f]- This is tough… I love how [name_f]Eleni[/name_f] manages to perfectly pull off the -i ending and exotic sound, but [name_f]Lenora[/name_f] is so queenly!
[name_f]Lillian[/name_f]/[name_f]Lilia[/name_f]- Oh, I love all three, but would probably choose [name_f]Liliana[/name_f]. It’s more distinctive than [name_f]Lillian[/name_f], and isn’t as likely to be mistaken for it as [name_f]Lilia[/name_f].
[name_f]Sylvia[/name_f]- I love [name_f]Sylvia[/name_f], but love [name_f]Sylvie[/name_f] even more.
[name_f]Wren[/name_f]- The magic of this name has worn off on me. It felt eccentric and homey, but now seems like just a sound.
[name_f]Zelia[/name_f]/[name_f]Zelie[/name_f]- I [name_f]LOVE[/name_f] these! I’d probably go with [name_f]Zelia[/name_f] and maybe the nn [name_f]Zelie[/name_f] later, if it feels right.

Good luck!

[name_f]Lillian[/name_f] is my favorite. Pretty, not too cutesy flower name. Nn’s available. I love it.
[name_f]Audrey[/name_f] is becoming too popular for my liking, so I am steering away from it. It is classically gorgeous, and still is, but I prefer other Au names.
[name_f]Aurelia[/name_f] is very pretty but I really like [name_f]Aurielle[/name_f] better. [name_m]Just[/name_m] plain [name_f]Aura[/name_f] is pretty enough to stand alone in my opinion.
I love [name_f]Eva[/name_f]. The other names I didn’t mention are either not my style at all or they were ruined for me from popularity spikes.

[name_f]Audrey[/name_f] - Elegant and timeless.
[name_f]Aurelia[/name_f] (or [name_f]Aurelie[/name_f]?) - So gorgeous. I prefer [name_f]Aurelia[/name_f].
[name_f]Daphne[/name_f] - Although I’m very slowly warming up to this name, the Daf- sound just puts me off.
[name_f]Eliska[/name_f] - Pretty. I prefer the similar [name_f]Mariska[/name_f] however.
[name_f]Lenora[/name_f] (would probably replace [name_f]Eleni[/name_f] on my list, if I added it) - So pretty. I like [name_f]Eleni[/name_f], but I do prefer [name_f]Lenora[/name_f].
[name_f]Lillian[/name_f]/[name_f]Lilia[/name_f] (would replace [name_f]Liliana[/name_f] on my list…) - [name_f]Lillian[/name_f] is gorgeous, I also like [name_f]Liliana[/name_f], but I’m not a fan of [name_f]Lilia[/name_f].
[name_f]Sylvia[/name_f] - Pretty, but I prefer [name_f]Sylvie[/name_f].
[name_f]Wren[/name_f] - I like this in the middle only.
[name_f]Zelia[/name_f]/[name_f]Zelie[/name_f] - I want to like this name, but it sounds awkward to me.

[name_f]Audrey[/name_f] - Pretty and timeless. I think of dainty ladies with bird bones.
[name_f]Aurelia[/name_f] (or [name_f]Aurelie[/name_f]?) - Like [name_f]Aurelia[/name_f]. Not crazy about [name_f]Aurelie[/name_f], would you consider [name_f]Aurielle[/name_f]?
[name_f]Daphne[/name_f] - This has really grown on me. I love how gentle it sounds.
[name_f]Eliska[/name_f] - I prefer just [name_f]Elise[/name_f]. [name_f]Eliska[/name_f] sounds made up.
[name_f]Lenora[/name_f] - Keep [name_f]Eleni[/name_f]! [name_f]Eleni[/name_f] is so beautiful. [name_f]Lenora[/name_f] I don’t mind, but it isn’t as exciting as [name_f]Eleni[/name_f].
[name_f]Lillian[/name_f]/[name_f]Lilia[/name_f] - What aout [name_f]Lilah[/name_f]? All the [name_f]Lily[/name_f] names are so overused.
[name_f]Sylvia[/name_f] - I love [name_f]Sylvia[/name_f] or [name_f]Sylvie[/name_f] (or [name_f]Silvia[/name_f] or [name_f]Silvie[/name_f])
[name_f]Wren[/name_f] - I’m not fond of this. As much as I like it written and love the birds, I hate it pronounced. I think of [name_u]Ren[/name_u] & Stimpy.
[name_f]Zelia[/name_f]/[name_f]Zelie[/name_f] - I like [name_f]Zelia[/name_f] but not so much [name_f]Zelie[/name_f].

[name_f]Audrey[/name_f] - I hate this name. Sorry. I like [name_f]Audrey[/name_f] Hepburn but it’s [name_f]Sabrina[/name_f] she sold me as a name. [name_f]Audrey[/name_f] has a drilling shrillness that slays me.
[name_f]Aurelia[/name_f] - Would much prefer [name_f]Aurora[/name_f], but it’s okay.
[name_f]Daphne[/name_f] - Like, but I like other Greek 2-syllables-and-end-in-ee more.
[name_f]Eliska[/name_f] - Pretty, like.
[name_f]Lenora[/name_f] - The [name_m]Edgar[/name_m] [name_m]Allen[/name_m] [name_u]Poe[/name_u] nerd in me wants [name_f]Lenore[/name_f] instead.
[name_f]Lillian[/name_f]/[name_f]Lilia[/name_f] - dooooo eeet! I love [name_f]Lillian[/name_f]. [name_f]Lillian[/name_f] is perfect.
[name_f]Sylvia[/name_f] - Not a fan, also feels very the next-[name_f]Sophia[/name_f] to me.
[name_f]Wren[/name_f] - Like a lot.
[name_f]Zelia[/name_f]/[name_f]Zelie[/name_f] - I love way too many Z names. [name_f]Zelia[/name_f] is not my favourite but it’s pretty awesome.

[name_f]Audrey[/name_f] - love
[name_f]Aurelia[/name_f] (or [name_f]Aurelie[/name_f]) - ok, but personally a little too girly for me.
[name_f]Daphne[/name_f] - like, makes me think of Switched at Birth though
[name_f]Eliska[/name_f] - not a fan.
[name_f]Lenora[/name_f] - like, I also really like [name_f]Nora[/name_f].
[name_f]Lillian[/name_f]/[name_f]Lilia[/name_f] - I prefer [name_f]Lillian[/name_f] :). Classic!
[name_f]Sylvia[/name_f] - like, makes me think of a 70’s song
[name_f]Wren[/name_f] - I know it’s a big Nameberry love, but I just don’t like it.
[name_f]Zelia[/name_f]/[name_f]Zelie[/name_f] - not a fan.

PS. I love the name [name_f]Rachel[/name_f] ;). Hehe

I honestly like all of them but my favorites are [name_f]Lenora[/name_f] and [name_f]Sylvia[/name_f] ~ both are stunningly beautiful.

[name_f]Audrey[/name_f] -This is ok, not really my style but I think [name_f]Audrey[/name_f] along with [name_u]Aubrey[/name_u] suits your style.
[name_f]Aurelia[/name_f] (or [name_f]Aurelie[/name_f]?) -I prefer [name_f]Aurelia[/name_f]. But I know quite a few girls named [name_f]Aurelie[/name_f], all in their 20s and reside in [name_f]France[/name_f]. [name_f]Aurelie[/name_f] doesn’t really work in English speaking countries.
[name_f]Daphne[/name_f] -Never been a fan of this name. [name_f]Delphine[/name_f]/[name_f]Delphina[/name_f] are better alternatives.
[name_f]Eliska[/name_f] - Not a fan
[name_f]Lenora[/name_f] (would probably replace [name_f]Eleni[/name_f] on my list, if I added it) -I prefer the spelling [name_f]Leonora[/name_f] & [name_f]Leonore[/name_f].
[name_f]Lillian[/name_f]/[name_f]Lilia[/name_f] (would replace [name_f]Liliana[/name_f] on my list…) -Not a fan of [name_f]Lilia[/name_f]. [name_f]Lillian[/name_f] or [name_f]Liliana[/name_f] are pretty names.
[name_f]Sylvia[/name_f] -On the fence with [name_f]Sylvia[/name_f]/[name_f]Silvia[/name_f]/[name_f]Sylvie[/name_f]
[name_f]Wren[/name_f] -Not a fan
[name_f]Zelia[/name_f]/[name_f]Zelie[/name_f] -Not a fan

[name_f]Audrey[/name_f]-Not a pretty name for me.
[name_f]Aurelia[/name_f] (or [name_f]Aurelie[/name_f]?)-I really like [name_f]Aurelie[/name_f].
[name_f]Daphne[/name_f]-[name_m]Don[/name_m]’t like
[name_f]Eliska[/name_f]-This is pretty cool.
[name_f]Lenora[/name_f]-I don’t like this either
[name_f]Lillian[/name_f]/[name_f]Lilia[/name_f] –Ok but so common I’m a bit bored of ‘lil’ names.
[name_f]Sylvia[/name_f]-Reminds me of my cabbage patch kid ([name_f]Sylvia[/name_f] [name_f]Roberta[/name_f])…Not a pretty name for me. Though [name_f]Sylvie[/name_f] is cute!
[name_f]Wren[/name_f]-This is cute. But I would not use it personally-and seems quite different to your usual taste.
[name_f]Zelia[/name_f]/[name_f]Zelie[/name_f]-Nice. These names are very ‘spunky’!
Other potential names based on your lists:
[name_f]Mireille[/name_f], Athea, [name_f]Elodie[/name_f], [name_u]Fayette[/name_u],

[name_f]Audrey[/name_f]
[name_f]Aurelia[/name_f] (or [name_f]Aurelie[/name_f]?) - (someone mentioned in another post how [name_f]Aurelie[/name_f] sounds too much like ‘orally’ and now I can’t get that out of my head!)
[name_f]Daphne[/name_f]
[name_f]Eliska[/name_f]
[name_f]Lenora[/name_f] (would probably replace [name_f]Eleni[/name_f] on my list, if I added it) - used to love this but now it feels boring to me.
[name_f]Lillian[/name_f]/[name_f]Lilia[/name_f] (would replace [name_f]Liliana[/name_f] on my list…)
[name_f]Sylvia[/name_f]
[name_f]Wren[/name_f]
[name_f]Zelia[/name_f]/[name_f]Zelie[/name_f]
