Frieda/Frida is a name I just havenāt been able to get out of my head today, I can just picture the holder of this name to be the spunkiest most colorful little child and Iām absolutely melting over it!
āFriedaā personally is my preferred spelling of the name, although āFridaā as a nod to the artist [name_f]Frida[/name_f] [name_u]Kahlo[/name_u] catches my eye as well
That being said whatās everyones thoughts on this name? Preferred spelling? Envisions? Combos? Any thoughts at all on sweet little [name_f]Frieda[/name_f]
I would personally say [name_f]Frida[/name_f], but [name_f]Frieda[/name_f] too is absolutely lovely. For both names, I get a great āFrida Kahloā vibeā very spunky and energetic, artistic and magical. [name_f]My[/name_f] preferred combos would be Fri(e)da [name_f]Iris[/name_f] and Fri(e)da [name_f]Marigold[/name_f].
Yes, I added [name_f]Frida[/name_f] to my girls list during my last pregnancy and it has stayed there. Itās so cute and grown up all at the same time.
[name_f]Frida[/name_f] seems to me more on the clunky-cool side. If I were to meet a baby or young girl with that name , I would definitely assume that the parents are either hipsters or art lovers. Someone close to me recently visited the [name_f]Frida[/name_f] [name_u]Kahlo[/name_u] museum in Mexico city and so in terms of imagery I can mainly see the flowery , plant motifs from her famous flower crown etc⦠Lots of greens , browns , sometimes pinks and yellows or oranges. Thatās the color palette that comes to mind.
[name_f]Frida[/name_f] is gorgeous so bright, free spirited, energetic and elegant. [name_f]Frida[/name_f] is lovely. I prefer the streamlined spelling [name_f]Frida[/name_f] especially with the association with the artist. For me I can imagine [name_f]Frida[/name_f] being a bright cheerful individual who lives in a pretty thatched cottage surrounded by wildflowers.
Yeah I get that, āFridaā to me initially felt a bit incomplete if that makes sense? Almost like [name_m]Friday[/name_m] without the āyā, though it is the most intuitive spelling to me and I still love the associations :]
