Personally, I like just [name]May[/name] as a name.
Traditional options would include [name]Margaret[/name] and [name]Mary[/name]. Also, I think it could work for [name]Marjorie[/name], [name]Marguerite[/name], or [name]Marjolaine[/name] due to their similarities to [name]Margaret[/name]. More of a stretch, perhaps, but it might work as a nn for [name]Esme[/name] or [name]Ismay[/name]. I can also see how [name]May[/name] might work as a nn for [name]Matilda[/name].
From your list, I like:
Magdelena
[name]Meaghan[/name]
[name]Maeve[/name]
[name]Maeve[/name] is super pretty! But [name]May[/name] can definitely stand on her own.
My favorite on your list is [name]Maeve[/name] :-). I also love [name]Maple[/name] and [name]Matilda[/name]. [name]Ismay[/name] is kinda cool too. I think that you can really get [name]May[/name] from any name that starts with Ma.
[name]How[/name] about
[name]Mavis[/name]
[name]Mariana[/name]
[name]Marigold[/name]
[name]Marcheline[/name]
[name]Maya[/name]
[name]Romain[/name] makes me think of the lettuce! Ha ha.
