Full Name For Faye

I love the name [name_f]Faye[/name_f], and I found a full name for it that I really like: Fayelynn. Out of curiosity, what other full names can you think of for [name_f]Faye[/name_f]?

I don’t think [name_f]Faye[/name_f] needs a full name - historically, it’s been a full name on its own! I’m personally not a fan of Fayelynn due to its auditory similarity to “failing”. [name_f]Faye[/name_f] could, I suppose, be used for [name_f]Freyja[/name_f], [name_f]Freydis[/name_f], or [name_u]Fiore[/name_u].
edit: I can’t believe I forgot Phaedra! It’s in the lineup for a future child…

I agree that it doesn’t need a full name & is typically used/seen as a full name.

I’ve always liked [name_f]Felicity[/name_f] nn [name_f]Fey[/name_f] (pronounced [name_f]Faye[/name_f]).

Farrah/Faera or [name_f]Faith[/name_f] could work! I do really like [name_f]Faye[/name_f] on its own though!

I’m not a fan of Fayelynn, too many Ys and Ns. Plus I can see myself mishearing it for flayin’ like flaying (skinning) a fish (I live in the [name_u]South[/name_u])

I adore [name_f]Faye[/name_f] on it’s own and I’ve seen it used!

Are you set on the nn spelling of [name_f]Faye[/name_f]? I really like the [name_f]Felicity[/name_f] with the nn [name_f]Fae[/name_f], pronounced the same as [name_f]Faye[/name_f].

I really like it spelled [name_f]Faye[/name_f]. I’m not a huge fan of [name_f]Felicity[/name_f]. I do really like [name_f]Faye[/name_f] as a name on its own though.

I love [name_f]Faye[/name_f]! It’s so simple, yet vintage and ethereal. Some full names that I could think of are [name_u]Fable[/name_u], [name_f]Faline[/name_f], [name_f]Faith[/name_f], [name_f]Fabienne[/name_f], [name_f]Ferelith[/name_f], [name_u]Flannery[/name_u], [name_f]Rafaella[/name_f], and you could probably use it as an nn for [name_f]Frances[/name_f] too.

I love [name_f]Faye[/name_f] on its own. It is elegant.

Faith, [name_f]Fatima[/name_f], really any F name could have [name_f]Faye[/name_f] as a nn.

[name_f]My[/name_f] name is [name_f]Faith[/name_f] and I go by [name_f]Faye[/name_f] :slightly_smiling_face:

Another one I like is Faegan. I also second [name_u]Phaedra[/name_u].
