Full name for nickname we love!

Hoping to have baby #2 within the next year and have started talking baby names. We both love [name_f]Cece[/name_f] or Cici as a nickname but are having trouble deciding on a full name!

I like more hippie and nature-ish names and he’s somewhere in the middle of that and traditional names but we both like them to be somewhat uncommon. I didn’t realize [name_f]Penelope[/name_f] was pretty popular until after she was born :joy:

He likes [name_f]Celeste[/name_f] but I’m not a huge fan. Any suggestions?

Maybe…
[name_f]Cecilia[/name_f] / [name_f]Cecelia[/name_f]
[name_f]Cecily[/name_f]
[name_f]Celia[/name_f]
[name_u]Sierra[/name_u] / [name_f]Cierra[/name_f]
[name_f]Celine[/name_f]
[name_f]Cerelia[/name_f]

I think [name_f]Penelope[/name_f] ‘[name_f]Poppy[/name_f]’ and [name_f]Cecelia[/name_f] ‘[name_f]Cece[/name_f]’ would be perfect as sisters!

I honestly think any “C” name works well! [name_f]My[/name_f] first thought was [name_f]Camellia[/name_f]–I love it with [name_f]Penelope[/name_f], it has the nature-y connection you like but also feels elegant and traditional to fit with your partner’s taste, and it’s definitely uncommon! I actually really like it as a combo with [name_f]Celeste[/name_f] as the middle, too, if you wanted to get [name_f]Cece[/name_f] from double “C” initials. I’ll try to come back if I think of any other suggestions!

Cecily or [name_f]Clarissa[/name_f] was my first thought

You could always do two ‘c’ initials like [name_f]Clementine[/name_f] [name_f]Claire[/name_f]

How about:
[name_f]Cerelia[/name_f] (Latin) relating to springtime
[name_f]Cerella[/name_f] (Latin) relating to springtime; a variation of [name_f]Cerelia[/name_f]

My first thought was [name_f]Calliope[/name_f] but might be a bit much with [name_f]Penelope[/name_f]. Something like [name_f]Celia[/name_f] [name_f]Claire[/name_f] would be a pretty way of getting to CeCe, with the added bonus of a pretty meaning

Cecily or [name_f]Cicely[/name_f] would be perfect for you! :blossom:

Cece/Cici:
[name_f]Celia[/name_f]
[name_f]Francine[/name_f]
[name_f]Marcelle[/name_f]
[name_f]Marcella[/name_f]
[name_f]Mercedes[/name_f]
[name_f]Dulcie[/name_f]
[name_f]Frances[/name_f]
[name_f]Lucinda[/name_f]
[name_f]Lucille[/name_f]
[name_f]Priscilla[/name_f]
[name_f]Cecile[/name_f]
[name_f]Patience[/name_f]

My first thought would be to do two “c” names like others have said to get to nickname CeCe. A middle name option is [name_f]Celene[/name_f] as this connects it to your other daughters middle name [name_f]Moon[/name_f], as [name_f]Celene[/name_f] means “moon goddess”, which could be a nice sibling connection. [name_f]Camilla[/name_f] [name_f]Celene[/name_f] is very cute and I think fits nicely with [name_f]Penelope[/name_f] or [name_f]Calista[/name_f] [name_f]Celene[/name_f] if you want something a bit more unusual!
