I met the cutest little girl this week who goes by the nn Zivvy, and I admit I’m super smitten with it! [name_f][/name_f] [name_m]Said[/name_m] to rhyme with [name_f]Livvy[/name_f] or [name_f]Livy[/name_f] or [name_f]Livi[/name_f]. [name_f][/name_f] Her full name is super unique and I also believe made-up, so I don’t want to share it here for privacy’s sake, but what do you think Zivvy could be a nickname for?

So far the only options I’ve thought of feel a little outside my comfort zone as a first name, like the Hebrew [name_f]Tzivia[/name_f] and Zivel or the Russian [name_f]Elizaveta[/name_f]. [name_f][/name_f] And [name_f]Ziva[/name_f] feels too NCIS for me. [name_f][/name_f] [name_m]Can[/name_m] you think of any other options for the nn Zivvy?
[name_f]Zinovia[/name_f] / [name_f]Zenovia[/name_f] came to my mind first! Maybe Sivylla, [name_f]Savina[/name_f], [name_f]Sive[/name_f] / [name_f]Sadhbh[/name_f], [name_f]Sylvia[/name_f], [name_f]Sylvie[/name_f], [name_f]Sylvestra[/name_f], [name_f]Elisavet[/name_f]?
I’ve always liked [name_f]Zenobia[/name_f], so this isn’t a bad idea! [name_f][/name_f] I just don’t know that I can see me with a [name_f]Zenovia[/name_f], but it is lovely and striking.

Very sound logic [name_f][/name_f]Isabelle/Isobel is my favorite girls’ name, so maybe especially appropriate, though that makes me just wonder about [name_f]Zibby[/name_f]. [name_f][/name_f]I did wonder about [name_f]Zipporah[/name_f]!

I did consider a combo nn like this… I’m in a [name_f]Zinnia[/name_f] pocket though (I know TWO under the age of two, which blows my mind), so I don’t know how close I want to get to [name_f]Zinnia[/name_f], though I love the name. [name_f][/name_f][name_f]My[/name_f] nn for [name_f]Olivet[/name_f] is Liv/Livy though so I suppose I have to decide if I like Zivvy enough for her to compete with [name_f]Livy[/name_f].
Two Zinnias! I always find it fascinating that a name can be unusual and you still end up knowing multiple!

[name_f][/name_f] I have kind of put Zivvy on hold for now, I don’t think I could use [name_f]Olivet[/name_f] nn Liv/Livy and _____ nn Zivvy, and Liv/Livy is one of my favorite nns of all time. [name_f][/name_f] Zivvy’s adorable but I don’t love it more than [name_f]Livy[/name_f]! [name_f][/name_f] I have wondered about switching from [name_f]Bella[/name_f] to [name_f]Zibby[/name_f] for my nn for [name_f]Isobel[/name_f], but I don’t know that I love [name_f]Zibby[/name_f] quite as much as [name_f]Bella[/name_f], at least yet. [name_f][/name_f] I’ll probably mull all this over for a while, but it was fun exploring her.
