Considering baby boy name [name_u]Nico[/name_u], but (maybe) want a full name. Which do you like best? (Note we live in the US and have family in the US and in [name_f]Italy[/name_f].)

I personally prefer just [name_u]Nico[/name_u], but if I had to choose a full name, I’d go with [name_m]Dominic[/name_m].
Just [name_u]Nico[/name_u] works perfectly, but I like [name_m]Dominic[/name_m] best of the longer options
Just [name_u]Nico[/name_u] is awesome and rapidly becoming a favorite of mine. But [name_m]Nicolo[/name_m] is super cool too, and since you’d prefer a full name, I voted for that 
I love just-[name_u]Nico[/name_u]! I don’t like any of the full name options quite as much and I think [name_u]Nico[/name_u] stands great on it’s own, so I would use it by itself personally. That said, these are all great names–you can’t go wrong here!
Dominic and [name_m]Nicholas[/name_m] are my favorites
Nico can stand alone, I wouldn’t be afraid of just using [name_u]Nico[/name_u]. The best choice out of longer options is [name_m]Nikolai[/name_m].
I love [name_u]Nico[/name_u] by itself but [name_m]Nicolo[/name_m] is quite cool. More uncommon suggestions are Nicomedus and Nicodemeus!
I voted for just [name_u]Nico[/name_u] because I think it’s a wonderful name on its own but if you want a longer name, [name_m]Nicolo[/name_m] is my favourite!
Just [name_u]Nico[/name_u] is awesome as a first name but if you really wanted a longer name I would pick [name_m]Nicholas[/name_m] or [name_m]Nicolet[/name_m].
