What are some full (or more formal) names with nn [name_u]Sam[/name_u], besides [name_m]Samuel[/name_m] that is.

[name_f]TIA[/name_f]

[name_m]Isamel[/name_m]
[name_m]Samson[/name_m]/[name_m]Sampson[/name_m]
[name_m]Samaru[/name_m]
[name_m]Samir[/name_m]
[name_m]Samein[/name_m]

It works for girls too:

[name_f]Samantha[/name_f]
[name_f]Samala[/name_f]
[name_f]Samara[/name_f]
[name_f]Samira[/name_f]

Other than [name_m]Samson[/name_m] and [name_m]Sampson[/name_m].
I found these that I liked - Samford and Samwell.

Samaël (pronunciation is Samahel)
Samiel
Sahem

First of all, I adore the name [name_m]Samuel[/name_m]. But, if you want an alternative in order to use [name_u]Sam[/name_u], I would keep in mind that a name that sounds close to [name_m]Samuel[/name_m] (like Samwell, Samiel) would be a name that he will have to spell out for everyone or else it will be mistaken for [name_m]Samuel[/name_m] whenever he is giving his formal name. To avoid that headache, I would use [name_m]Samson[/name_m], which is rarely used, but still familiar to most people.

I’m with @everwaiteing - I adore [name_m]Samuel[/name_m]! But if I were to ax him, it’d probably be in favor of [name_m]Samson[/name_m]/[name_m]Sampson[/name_m], which I’ve recently really fallen for! I prefer the Biblical namesake of [name_m]Samuel[/name_m] to [name_m]Samson[/name_m], though, and can see me with a [name_m]Samuel[/name_m] over [name_m]Samson[/name_m], a little. I also like Samwell as a GP, and there’s [name_m]Samir[/name_m], too, I think? I went to college with an Egyptian name [name_f]Sameh[/name_f] (I think most people just called him [name_u]Sammy[/name_u]), which I always thought was unusual and intriguing, but probably hard to live with in the US.
