Full version of Thea

I really like the name [name_f]Thea[/name_f], but for me it sounds like a shortened name, and I mean no offence at all when I say that.

I was wondering if you guys could come up with a longer version?

So far I’ve stretched to:

[name_f]Althea[/name_f]

And the following names I’m not fond of:
[name_f]Dorothea[/name_f]
[name_f]Theodora[/name_f]
[name_f]Anthea[/name_f]
[name_f]Cynthia[/name_f]

I know you guys can be creative and from my signature you can see I’m not afraid of weird and whimsical!

I like [name_f]Althea[/name_f] and [name_f]Dorothea[/name_f]. [name_f]Theodora[/name_f] carries negative association of one Byzantium [name_f]Empress[/name_f].

[name_f]Theodosia[/name_f]
[name_f]Athena[/name_f]

I prefer [name_f]Theodora[/name_f]. [name_f]Althea[/name_f] just sounds really old and dowdy and not that cute.

[name_f]Athena[/name_f] came to mind. I have it on my list and the nickname for it is [name_f]Thea[/name_f].

[name_f]Thea[/name_f] is a such a sweet name.

[name_f]Alethea[/name_f] (means “truth” in Greek)
Amalthea (the name of a goat who nursed the infant [name_m]Zeus[/name_m] in Greek mythology)
Pasithea (one of the Charites, the Greek equivalent of the [name_m]Roman[/name_m] Graces)
[name_f]Thalia[/name_f] (the [name_f]Muse[/name_f] of comedy)
Theano (means “divine” and was the name of two Ancient Greek female philosophers)
[name_f]Theoni[/name_f] (means “godly”)

Calanthia
[name_f]Cynthia[/name_f]
[name_f]Xanthia[/name_f]

[name_f]Theodora[/name_f] gets my vote!
