[name]Hi[/name] all,
We’re expecting baby #4 and don’t have a solid name picked out for either gender (though plenty of ideas and “maybes”). We won’t find out the gender for another month, but I absolutely love names and I really want to get some ideas.
Our kids’ names are [name]Eliana[/name] ([name]Ellie[/name]), [name]Timothy[/name] & Aaralyn ([name]Arah[/name]).
If baby is a boy, my husband really wants to name him [name]Titus[/name]. This isn’t in stone yet but it’s growing on me. We also like [name]Isaac[/name] and have a few more ideas for boys’ names (we like the strong biblical boys’ names). HOWEVER, I have no idea what to name her if she’s a girl. I always find it difficult coming up with girls’ names because I like beautiful, unique names that aren’t overused and that aren’t too frou frou. Any ideas?
I like [name]Evangeline[/name] quite a bit but DH isn’t sold… and I also like [name]Esme[/name], but I’m afraid to use it because of the dreaded twilight connotations. I love [name]Eleanor[/name], with NN [name]Nora[/name]… but dh thinks it’s too close to [name]Eliana[/name]. Have always loved [name]Isobel[/name]/[name]Isabella[/name], etc but those names are way too popular now (also thanks to Twilight… grrr)
Here’s my comprehensive list of girls’ names for anyone interested in critiquing or adding more. You might notice a theme with faith-centered names as we are Christians and always looking for ways to incorporate our faith and our thanks to God for blessings us with these precious gems We also have names that could honor family members on the list, plus extras that are just plain pretty.
