It’s occurred to me that my husband and I are extremely picky with names, and I’ve literally spent more hours than I’d like to admit looking at girl names that go with our last name, [name_f]Rose[/name_f] (haven’t even gotten to middle names).
[name_f]Vivienne[/name_f] and [name_f]Willa[/name_f] are great! I slightly prefer [name_f]Vivienne[/name_f] because you can have more nn options (which is of importance to you).
Similar first name options…
[name_f]Valerie[/name_f]
[name_f]Cora[/name_f]
[name_f]Vera[/name_f]
[name_f]Ava[/name_f]
[name_f]Wendy[/name_f]
[name_f]Viola[/name_f]
[name_f]Cecilia[/name_f]
[name_f]Layla[/name_f]
[name_f]Hallie[/name_f]
[name_f]Serena[/name_f]
[name_f]Nova[/name_f]
[name_f]Tessa[/name_f]
[name_f]Hannah[/name_f]
[name_f]Lorraine[/name_f]
[name_f]Heidi[/name_f]
I like both [name_u]Vivian[/name_u] & [name_f]Willa[/name_f] a lot. [name_u]Vivian[/name_u] is sweet w/all of the nn possibilities, but [name_u]Vivian[/name_u] is actually quite common. 96 on the SSA chart & rising. Not to mention all of the Viviennes and Vivianas. [name_f]Willa[/name_f] isn’t as high, but it’s also rising. [name_f]Willow[/name_f] is getting super popular too.
[name_m]How[/name_m] do you feel about [name_f]Wilhelmina[/name_f]? That has a ton of nn options (including [name_f]Willa[/name_f]!), and is way more unique.
More suggestions:
[name_f]Aviva[/name_f]
[name_f]Cornelia[/name_f]
[name_f]Calliope[/name_f]
[name_f]Georgina[/name_f]
[name_f]Georgiana[/name_f]
[name_f]Imogen[/name_f]
[name_f]Penelope[/name_f]-fairly popular, but seems to fit your criteria otherwise.
I prefer [name_f]Vivienne[/name_f], [name_f]Willa[/name_f] is a pretty name but the combo with your last name sounds too much like [name_f]Willow[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f] [name_f]IMO[/name_f].
I’d like to second the suggestions of [name_f]Aviva[/name_f], [name_f]Georgiana[/name_f], and [name_f]Cora[/name_f]. Maybe you’d also like [name_f]Harriet[/name_f], [name_u]Vida[/name_u], [name_f]Ida[/name_f], [name_f]Amirah[/name_f], [name_f]Alena[/name_f]/[name_f]Elena[/name_f], [name_f]Margo[/name_f]/[name_f]Margot[/name_f], [name_f]Geneva[/name_f], [name_f]Nora[/name_f], [name_f]Adele[/name_f], [name_f]Indira[/name_f], or [name_f]Lyra[/name_f].
I prefer [name_f]Vivienne[/name_f] over [name_f]Willa[/name_f]. I like [name_f]Willa[/name_f] a lot, but I think something a little longer works better with [name_f]Rose[/name_f], or at least something with harder consonants.
What is wrong with [name_u]Waverly[/name_u] [name_f]Rose[/name_f]? It doesn’t necessarily “match” a lot of the other names you’ve mentioned but I think it sounds great, and I didn’t think it was a color or flower. I do agree that you should avoid word/color/nature names.
I like these, going off [name_f]Willa[/name_f] and [name_f]Vivienne[/name_f]-
Honestly I like [name_f]Vivienne[/name_f] more than any of my suggestions. My next would be [name_f]Penelope[/name_f], [name_f]Daphne[/name_f], and [name_f]Celia[/name_f], and [name_f]Gemma[/name_f].
I’m not great with middle name suggestions because I feel like middle names are more private and therefore you have more wiggle room with what you use in regards to flow and meaning, (like if you REALLY love a word name, you could still use it in the middle because few people would know it)–BUT–I think [name_u]Waverly[/name_u] would be an awesome middle name! Maybe not with [name_f]Vivienne[/name_f], but I like [name_f]Vivienne[/name_f] [name_u]Piper[/name_u] or [name_f]Celia[/name_f] [name_u]Piper[/name_u] or [name_f]Gemma[/name_f] [name_u]Waverly[/name_u].
I love [name_f]Willa[/name_f] and [name_f]Vivienne[/name_f]. Some other ideas long those lines:
[name_f]Genevieve[/name_f]
[name_f]Emmeline[/name_f]
[name_f]Eliza[/name_f]
[name_f]Nina[/name_f]
[name_f]Mallory[/name_f]
[name_u]Campbell[/name_u]
[name_u]Sheridan[/name_u]
[name_f]Ada[/name_f]
[name_f]Hallie[/name_f]
