Girl version of Zachary

Is there a female version of [name_m]Zachary[/name_m]? I like the meaning of “the [name_m]Lord[/name_m] Remembered” Maybe Zacharee or some other spelling?
This would be for a middle name.

I wouldn’t use a ‘feminized’ version of [name_m]Zachary[/name_m], it would look tacky [name_f]IMO[/name_f].
[name_f]Zara[/name_f], [name_f]Zoe[/name_f] or [name_f]Zalia[/name_f] could work

Here is a link to names with that meaning:

Spelling it wrong does not make it feminine. What about another “Z” name like [name_f]Zakiah[/name_f], [name_f]Zahara[/name_f], or [name_f]Zipporah[/name_f]?

ETA: Zaharina and Zaharinka are Bulgarian/Macedonian feminine forms. [name_f]Zara[/name_f] is another Bulgarian feminine form, a diminutive of Zaharina.

I really want that meaning though. What about Zakari or Sachairi ? [name_f]Zakelina[/name_f] was mentioned on that link (thanks grackym) but it rhymes with the first name.

I take it [name_f]Sabrina[/name_f] Zaharinka ??? Too rhyme-y?

Could you break it up with a shorter name in between?
[name_f]Sabrina[/name_f] [name_f]Mae[/name_f] Zaharinka
[name_f]Sabrina[/name_f] [name_f]Claire[/name_f] Zaharinka
[name_f]Sabrina[/name_f] [name_f]Fleur[/name_f] Zaharinka
[name_f]Sabrina[/name_f] [name_u]Wren[/name_u] Zaharinka
[name_f]Sabrina[/name_f] [name_f]Grace[/name_f] Zaharinka
[name_f]Sabrina[/name_f] [name_f]Jane[/name_f] Zaharinka
[name_f]Sabrina[/name_f] [name_f]Tess[/name_f] Zaharinka ???

I’m really fond of [name_f]Zakia[/name_f]/Zakiya/[name_f]Zakiyya[/name_f] (all assorted legit transliterations, but [name_f]Zakia[/name_f] is probably simplest) and rather like the idea of [name_m]Zak[/name_m] as a NN for a girl, with a legit feminine formal form.

I love the names Zaharina and Zaharinka suggested, but with [name_f]Sabrina[/name_f] as the first, I think it needs the third name to break it up. For example:
[name_f]Sabrina[/name_f] [name_f]Anne[/name_f] Zaharinka
[name_f]Sabrina[/name_f] [name_f]Lily[/name_f] Zaharinka
[name_f]Sabrina[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f] Zaharinka
[name_f]Sabrina[/name_f] [name_f]Olive[/name_f] Zaharinka
[name_f]Sabrina[/name_f] [name_f]Ellen[/name_f] Zaharinka

or the other way, which I actually think is better for flow. For example:
[name_f]Sabrina[/name_f] Zaharinka [name_f]Rose[/name_f]
[name_f]Sabrina[/name_f] Zaharinka [name_f]Elaine[/name_f]
[name_f]Sabrina[/name_f] Zaharinka [name_f]May[/name_f]
[name_f]Sabrina[/name_f] Zaharinka [name_u]June[/name_u]
[name_f]Sabrina[/name_f] Zaharinka [name_f]Anne[/name_f]

[name_m]How[/name_m] about [name_f]Sabrina[/name_f] [name_m]Zacharie[/name_m] (pronounced Za-ka-ree)? It’s the [name_m]French[/name_m] form of [name_m]Zachary[/name_m]. It is the masculine form but it has a soft feel to the
American ear.

I’m sure you’ll find something that means the same without butchering [name_m]Zachary[/name_m].

[name_m]How[/name_m] about Zaaria? or [name_f]Zaria[/name_f]?

If it’s going to be a middle name, why don’t you just use [name_m]Zachary[/name_m], and spell it like it is. I grew up with girls who had first names of [name_m]Kevin[/name_m], [name_u]Michael[/name_u], and [name_m]Timothy[/name_m]. So using [name_m]Zachary[/name_m] in the middle seems like no big deal to me. If someone asks, just say, “I had my reasons…”

I am beginning to think this is the best option. Possibly Sachairi (pronounced [name_m]Say[/name_m]-Kare-ree) which is Scottish for [name_m]Zachary[/name_m]. Any opinions? Anyone really dislike this idea?

[name_m]Zacharia[/name_m] (Za-CAR-ee-uh)?

I like [name_m]Zacharia[/name_m] but it is still the male version. Though it does have a softer sound.

I knew a Zacara in elementary school.

I think [name_f]Zipporah[/name_f] would be nice. It means bird and it reminds me of the passage where [name_m]Jesus[/name_m] talks about caring for sparrows.

Or you could just use [name_f]Remember[/name_f]. I think [name_f]Sabrina[/name_f] [name_f]Remember[/name_f] would be lovely.

According to babynamespedia, Jozachar (Jah-zac-aer) is the feminine form of [name_m]Zachary[/name_m].

But my vote would be Sachairi or just [name_m]Zachary[/name_m].

Besides the way baby name trends are going [name_m]Zachary[/name_m] might be a girls’ name soon anyway

[name_f]Sabrina[/name_f] Zakari is actually really nice I think. [name_f]Lovely[/name_f] name.
