Girls names with a soft C sound

[name_m]Hi[/name_m], I already have 3 daughters, all with quite feminine names. I,m really drawn to C names to honour my grandmother but my husband doesn’t like the alliteration with our surname beginning with K. [name_u]Ive[/name_u] failed to incorproate [name_f]Christina[/name_f] with 2 of our children.

So I’m looking to you wise berries for names along the lines of

[name_f]Cecelia[/name_f]
[name_u]Celeste[/name_u]
[name_f]Celine[/name_f]

Bonus points if there is a literary/arts reference. Thank you!

[name_f]Cecily[/name_f] is my favorite for certain! :rainbow:

I also really like [name_f]Celie[/name_f], [name_u]Celestine[/name_u], [name_f]Citlali[/name_f], [name_u]Cypress[/name_u], and [name_m]Cymbeline[/name_m] (even though it’s traditionally male). I love [name_u]Chase[/name_u], too, although I’m not sure “ch” is the sound you’re after.

Thanks everyone so far. [name_f]Celia[/name_f] is the standout for me just now, and only one baby girl named it in our country last year!
