OKAY IK THIS IS WEIRD-
On my mom’s side of the family, its tradition to name your son lee.
On my dad’s, harold.
I feel like this strikes right in between.
Thoughts & opinions? Also, gender?

I actually think it’s pretty cool, reminds me of Harley which I adore. I like that it could have the nn Haro which I really like. I think it could work fine for either!! How is it being pronounced though? I’m saying hahr-uh-lee (the first syllable is a bit of a mix between hair and har) but I’m not completely sure
[name_u]Harlee[/name_u] would be cute! Harolee seems off… maybe its the “rolly” sound.
Wow. I like [name_m]Harold[/name_m] and I like [name_u]Lee[/name_u], but Harolee scares me.
I like it but I prefer [name_u]Harley[/name_u] / [name_u]Harlee[/name_u]. I think it works for any gender.
Some other combinations: [name_f]Hallie[/name_f], [name_u]Hale[/name_u], [name_u]Haley[/name_u] (from Harold [name_m]Le[/name_m]e) or [name_m]Leopold[/name_m] (from [name_m]Le[/name_m]e Harold)
I quite like it! I’d probably assume girl, due to the popularity of -lee endings for girls right now.
Eh… Very brave. And probably too feminine.
I wouldn’t use it personally because it reminds me too much of the word “parolee”.
And I think pp suggestions above would be easier for the wearer. Particularly liking the idea of [name_u]Hale[/name_u] or [name_m]Leopold[/name_m] to combine the two traditions
Oop-
Came to say this also
Maybe Harlee or Harley would be better?
It’s cute! I’d say it leans feminine and I think that’s because it reminds me of names like [name_u]Halle[/name_u] and [name_u]Haley[/name_u] and [name_u]Harper[/name_u].
