I much prefer [name]Sydney[/name]. I think it’s a great name for a girl, and that it will age well with her. Plus, it flows very well with the middle and last names.
While it is a VERY cool idea to combine your and your husband’s middle names into an actual name for your daughter, [name]Sydney[/name] flows much better with the rest of the name. Perhaps you can use [name]Brooklyn[/name] as the middle name for a future daughter.
I agree [name]Sydney[/name] flows better when you say the full name but in reality she will not e called by all her names very often. You should pick the one you like best. I think I like them both equally, both are cute. I can’t decide which to vote for! I think I’ll do [name]Brooklyn[/name] because I ke a more feminine name.
I like them both the same but like others have already said, [name]Sydney[/name] flows a little better with [name]Warren[/name].
I have a god daughter with the name brooklynn and shes gorgeous funny smart. Shes amazing. But, I prefer [name]Sydney[/name] as she comes off more refined. She could be a CEO, a doctor… [name]Just[/name] seems to flow better as an adult unless as she gets older brooklynn goes by [name]Brooke[/name].
I prefer [name]Sydney[/name] to [name]Brooklyn[/name]. I think it’s a more sophisticated name that would suit a child, teenager, and adult. Plus it flows so nicely with [name]Warren[/name].
I like [name]Brooke[/name] better than [name]Brooklyn[/name], but if it has to be brooklyn, then i like [name]Sydney[/name] better.
So,
[name]Brooke[/name]>[name]Sydney[/name]>[name]Brooklyn[/name] imo
I don’t like [name]Sidney[/name] on a girl at all so I voted [name]Brooklyn[/name]. Also like that it combines you and husband’s names.
[name]Even[/name] though I like the idea of [name]Brooklyn[/name] I still don’t like the name and would rather see a little [name]Sydney[/name].
I was going to vote for [name]Sydney[/name] (because [name]Sydney[/name] Australia is a gorgeous city) after I read the other posts, I agree with pp that I prefer the name [name]Brooke[/name]. Plus, [name]Brooke[/name] is closer to your husband’s middle name. [name]Brooke[/name] [name]Warren[/name] [name]Van[/name] [name]Etta[/name] flows well, don’t you think?
I am an Aussie and I think [name]Brooklyn[/name] is a pretty name and it is not criticised or overused here at all, I like the nn of [name]Brooke[/name] too.
On the name [name]Sydney[/name] I feel that I am an authority on this name having been reared in [name]Sydney[/name], NSW, Australia. Believe me no Aussie would ever name their daughter [name]Sydney[/name] and for a boy it is seen as an out of date old man’s name; so for me it is a no brainer [name]Brooklyn[/name] all the way!!
