Personally I like Everleigh the best. But Everlie is very pretty too.
I was having the same problem just a few days ago because i people might pronounce Everleigh ([name_u]Ever[/name_u]-[name_m]LAY[/name_m]) instead of ([name_u]Ever[/name_u]-[name_u]LEE[/name_u])
I think Everleigh is more classic, but it is up to you 
[name_u]Everly[/name_u] or [name_m]Everley[/name_m] are the only spellings I like. The rest look too overdone, fussy or kre8tif.
Another one for [name_u]Everly[/name_u]. If you really, really hate the -y ending then I would go with Everlie (but people will constantly spell it wrong).
I feel like the -leigh endings are just so 90s and early 2000s ([name_f]Ashleigh[/name_f], [name_f]Kayleigh[/name_f]). They feel so uneccessary nowadays.
I like [name_u]Everly[/name_u] the best. It’s simple, and straight forward.

I like Everlie, my opinion though is not to get to creative because she will have to learn to spell it one day. Plus getting too creative will make her have to constantly correct everyone throughout her whole life
I like Everlee , [name_u]Everly[/name_u], or [name_m]Everley[/name_m]. Or even just [name_u]Ever[/name_u].
Everleigh - if you want [name_u]Ever[/name_u]-lee you might have pronunciation difficulties in some areas/accents with this spelling
[name_u]Ever[/name_u]-[name_u]Leigh[/name_u] - worse
[name_f]Eva[/name_f]-[name_u]Leigh[/name_u] - ee-va-leigh I don’t pronounce as [name_u]Ever[/name_u]-lee (the e in [name_f]Eva[/name_f] is ee while in [name_u]Ever[/name_u] it’s a short e)

Everlie - seems pseudy-french to me, I might even say [name_u]Ever[/name_u]-lye when seeing it for the first time
Evaleigh . again, different pronunciation
Evalie - [name_f]Eva[/name_f] is not [name_u]Ever[/name_u]
[name_m]Everley[/name_m] - I say lay a bit different the ly (lee) but I think this is the second best of your choices
[name_f]Evalea[/name_f] - this is a whole different name as the pronunciation would be [name_f]Eeva[/name_f]-leea / eeva-laya to me
I’d say for the sake of your child, choose [name_u]Everly[/name_u]. It’s not like the other spellings are legit in another language/country but they are unpopular made-up ones.
I agree with Everleigh being the prettiest. I like Everleigh, Everlie and then [name_u]Everly[/name_u].
