There are hardly any of your names that I truly dislike so may not be too much help but let’s see. I will however note any drawbacks I see even with names I love or like, things I would consider in my own process of elimination to help narrow down a list to the perfect name.
= love
= like
= ok, so-so
= dislike

[name_f]Jane[/name_f] - bold in its simplicity. A smart, no-nonsense name that, despite being so incredibly familiar, would stand out a mile today among a sea of ubiquitous frillier options. There’s a confidence in using something so understated, this name doesn’t need bells on. Suits all ages / personality types. The one drawback is the ‘plain Jane’ thing, but this wouldn’t be enough to bother me personally. I don’t think it’s a significant phrase / association amongst the younger generation.
[name_f]Kate[/name_f] - similar feelings to [name_f]Jane[/name_f], but with more elegance. [name_u]Love[/name_u] this as a stand-alone (don’t like [name_f]Katherine[/name_f] - nothing wrong with it, just pt).
[name_f]Mairi[/name_f] - love this pronounced mah-ry which is how it’s said where I’m from, not maw-ry which I find unattractive. So the self-evident pronunciation issues would put me off personally (notwithstanding people who will inevitably pronounce phonetically as [name_f]Mary[/name_f] - there’ll be a lot of correction).
[name_f]Mary[/name_f] - would be so sweet and refreshing used today.
[name_f]Pippa[/name_f] - love the sound and look of [name_f]Pippa[/name_f] but its meaning in several European countries would defs be enough to put me off. If the child is a world traveller I wouldn’t want a name that raised sniggers. It’s a shame as I love this but this fact would personally help me with the elimination process.

[name_f]Genevieve[/name_f] - I find this quite beautiful in all respects, look, sound and vibe, but the inevitable shortening to the much less sparkly [name_f]Jen[/name_f] / [name_f]Jenny[/name_f] puts me off.
[name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] - as classic and regal as it comes. What puts me off is the huge array of potential diminutives. Unless you heavily push your preferred shortened form to the point where it almost renders the complete name pointless, or unless you love every / the majority of the intuitive diminutives, you’re likely to end up with something you dislike. For example, I really dislike [name_f]Liz[/name_f] / [name_f]Lizzie[/name_f] which is probably the most intuitive nn of them all.
[name_f]Louisa[/name_f] - this is beautiful and underrused now. I also like the diminutive [name_u]Lou[/name_u], but if you don’t I wouldn’t consider this. It’s also a very feminine name that I couldn’t see on a tomboy, though [name_u]Lou[/name_u] or [name_f]Lulu[/name_f] would mitigate this.
[name_f]Alice[/name_f] - simple and classic, but also has a certain feistiness, fortitude and intrepidness to it from the [name_f]Alice[/name_f] in Wonderland character. [name_m]Easy[/name_m] to wear. Can’t really go wrong.
[name_f]Phoebe[/name_f] - zippy, spunky, peppy, but also has a kind of wayward, leftfield classic thing going on from the Ancient Greek origins.
[name_f]Eliza[/name_f] - really like this, was on my own list. I ultimately eliminated for a couple of reasons - I detest [name_f]Ellie[/name_f] and was worried about it being shortened to this, and its slight prissiness from the Austenesque regency vibes. It’s just a little too ‘clean’, buttoned-up and prim for me personally, my perfect name would have a touch of wild beauty / ruggedness. If you like [name_f]Ellie[/name_f] then obviously this intuitive diminutive isn’t an issue.
[name_f]Harriet[/name_f] - again really like, but similarly to [name_f]Eliza[/name_f] just a touch too buttoned up and prim for me personally to be my idea of ‘perfect’. I definitely get bespectacled piano teacher vibes from this, which is definitely not a bad thing. Don’t like [name_f]Hattie[/name_f].

[name_u]Florence[/name_u] - absolutely nothing wrong with it, used to love it, was put off due to ubiquity. [name_f]Flo[/name_f] is cute. Doesn’t set my world alight.
[name_f]Daisy[/name_f] - ok, sweet but just so common. A little juvenile.
[name_f]Maeve[/name_f] - I don’t really get the hype around this name. [name_u]Love[/name_u] the lit and legend associations, but I find the actual sound a bit wet and drippy.
[name_f]Esther[/name_f] - just a bit meh. I don’t feel anything strong about it which is almost worse than strongly disliking. Has nothing about it imo. Nothing wrong with it though, just pt.

[name_u]Blythe[/name_u] - I just find everything about this name - look, sound and vibe - unappealing. The actual meaning is lovely but that doesn’t transfer to the vibe for me personally. I’m very much in the minority with this though, it’s beloved on here.
[name_f]Sienna[/name_f] - I really, really dislike this. Far too pretty princessy for my tastes.
[name_f]Polly[/name_f] - I just think of plastics (polythene), and similar sciency words / products such as Polyfilla. If it wasn’t for this association I’d like it.
