Hi all,
I love Lyra but with her gaining popularity have been looking to find a longer name where Lyra works as a nick-name.
So far I only have;
Lorelei / Lorelai
Calliope
I know it’s only alike in sound and not letters but I don’t mind it being a bit of a stretch to get to Lyra. I think it could be quirky and cute.
Thanks

[name_f]Lorelai[/name_f] is a good call.
Maybe:
Larissa/Laryssa
[name_f]Alaia[/name_f] [name_u]Rain[/name_u]
[name_f]Lysandra[/name_f]
I like the idea of [name_f]Calliope[/name_f], Since the lyre is a symbol of the muse.

[name_f]Calliope[/name_f] works in terms of meaning and that’s a super cute connection but maybe paired with an R middle name would make the [name_f]Lyra[/name_f] nick-name sound work better.
[name_f]Calliope[/name_f] [name_u]Rain[/name_u] or [name_f]Calliope[/name_f] [name_u]River[/name_u]. What do you think?
I actually LOVE Lacramioara as a suggestion! Thank you!
