help for my top 3

DH and I have top 3 girls names in order [name]Ivy[/name], [name]Brynn[/name] and [name]Stella[/name].

[name]Ivy[/name] [name]Emmeline[/name] [name]Rhea[/name] ???
Hubbys all time favorite name is [name]Emily[/name], I just can not bring myself to use it, so we compromised on [name]Emmeline[/name]. Pro [name]Emma[/name]-[name]Line[/name] not leen or lyn …maybe also [name]Emerson[/name]?
My dads name is [name]Ray[/name], for variants we like [name]Regan[/name], [name]Rae[/name], but I think [name]Rhea[/name] is the most feminine looking
Any other mn suggestions, does not have to be an [name]Em[/name] name

[name]Brynn[/name] [name]Amelia[/name] [name]Evelyn[/name] ???
[name]Amelia[/name] and [name]Evelyn[/name] are for both my grandmothers, such great names especially paired together, but this one is lacking spark for me compared to my dds names… Also loving [name]Evangeline[/name] (pro -lynn),[name]Cecily[/name] and [name]Annika[/name]

[name]Stella[/name] [name]Rowan[/name] [name]Lorelai[/name] ???
[name]Stella[/name] [name]Rowan[/name] seems like a natural pairing. Any other mn suggestions?
[name]Lorelai[/name] is our favorite variant of the Lor- names. As I was given [name]Lorene[/name] for my aunt [name]Lorena[/name] and think it would be special to carry that on.

My dads name is Ray, for variants we like Regan, Rae, but I think Rhea is the most feminine looking

[name]Rhea[/name] is a mythical figure pronounced ree-a, not ray. It’s a name I’d love to see used, but I don’t know if you’re my “target market”.
More outside-the-box, a name ending in ray? the first I can come up with is [name]Mireille[/name], then there must be some -ray surnames, then there probably are French, Japanese and Lithuanian girls’ names ending in re pronounced ray…

I adore [name]Ivy[/name]! I don’t love [name]Brynn[/name] as to me (being Welsh) it’s a boys name but I don’t hate it either and can see it’s appeal. [name]Stella[/name]'s not my favourite though as I find it a little harsh but again, I can understand why others do.

[name]Ray[/name] names… how about [name]Raya[/name]? It’s Hebrew and means friend. Or [name]Raven[/name]? Rayanna? Or [name]Araya[/name] which I believe is a Spanish place name. [name]Raya[/name] would be my favourite as it has a lovely meaning and is closest to your dad’s name.

[name]Ivy[/name] [name]Emmeline[/name] [name]Raya[/name]

Instead of [name]Emily[/name], what do you think of the French name [name]Amelie[/name]? Has a very similar sound so your hubby may like it, but to me it has a totally different feel and although it’s pretty popular here in the UK, I don’t think it’s overused in the US at all. Or [name]Emilia[/name]? [name]Amelia[/name]? [name]Amalia[/name]? [name]Ember[/name]? [name]Everly[/name]? I do like [name]Emmeline[/name] though, not so keen on [name]Emerson[/name].

I think my fav combo would probably be [name]Ivy[/name] [name]Amelie[/name] [name]Rae[/name] , [name]Ivy[/name] [name]Amelie[/name] [name]Raya[/name] or [name]Ivy[/name] [name]Emmeline[/name] [name]Rae[/name].

I wrote the above without reading ahead and just realised you want to use [name]Amelia[/name] as a middle for [name]Brynn[/name] so [name]Ivy[/name] [name]Amelie[/name] probably won’t work! Unless you would count [name]Amelie[/name] as a way of honouring your one grandmother and then honoured the other with [name]Brynn[/name]'s name? I love both [name]Amelia[/name] and [name]Evelyn[/name].

If you were to use [name]Ivy[/name] [name]Amelie[/name] [name]Raya[/name] or something like that, maybe your combo for [name]Brynn[/name] could be [name]Brynn[/name] [name]Lorelei[/name] [name]Evelyn[/name] so that tradition was carried on? Other “Lor” names I like (though [name]Lorelei[/name]'s probably my favourite too!) are [name]Laurel[/name], [name]Laura[/name] (my own name!) and [name]Lorna[/name].

I also like [name]Rowan[/name] and like the flow of [name]Stella[/name] [name]Rowan[/name] [name]Lorelei[/name] but I think I’d use a softer middle for [name]Stella[/name] to lighten it up a bit. Maybe something like [name]Stella[/name] [name]Catherine[/name], [name]Stella[/name] [name]Sophie[/name], [name]Stella[/name] [name]Phoebe[/name], [name]Stella[/name] [name]Mirabel[/name], [name]Stella[/name] [name]Alice[/name] or [name]Stella[/name] [name]Juliet[/name] etc?

Best of luck and hope that helps!
